We went in for breakfast one morn in Sept. Only had a short wait for a table. I found the restaurant to be very charming with a cozy feel to it. We really enjoyed our breakfasts at 2 Cats. The restaurant is in a house and decorated in a cat theme. So if you don't like cats, don't go because there are some cats walking around. A significant part of our vacation includes visiting local restaurants. It is extremely rare that we eat at the same restaurant more than once on the same trip. Arrived on a Wednesday morning and enjoyed the outdoor seating option Some very nice menu selections with fresh ingredients. I tried the Lobster Benedict. I would strongly recommend 2 Cats if you enjoy breakfast and selecting from a menu with all sorts of different options. more

We always have breakfast here at least one morning when in Bar Harbor, sometimes two. On our last trip I had an apple, walnut and cheddar omelet that was to die for. It was served with homefres and a biscuit with strawberry butter. I would highly recommend giving 2 cats a try. Don't forget to get a bag of granola... more
