Just got back from Bar Harbor. The colors were fantastic. The hiking was fantastic. And, I have to say, the Lompoc Cafe became our home base. We had lunch at the Lompoc three times and dinner once. The atmosphere is low key and friendly. The menu is American, I guess you'd say...the food was delicious...their clam chowder is the best... more

The food at lompoc was very good, but our server was terrible. It took forever for them to take our orders and we waited quite awhile for drinks. But the food was worth the visit. more

Sometimes its nice just to slow down and smell the flowers. The lompoc is perfect for that and it feels genuine. The fenced in area provided our kids a safe place to wander without the feeling that they were bothering anyone. The pesto pizza and the pitas are great for snacking and the entrees looked creative. I only sat at the bar but the place was filthy and bartender looked less than interested in serving the unknown summer folks more

We were expecting a little more from lunch here after the reviews posted earlier. The food was ok, service was a bit inattentive. We wouldn't rush to go back. more
