We ate at Lompoc Cafe a few days before they closed for the season. Their menu has a ton of really creative food, the drink choices were varied and the waitstaff was super friendly. They have an outdoor patio where folks were playing bocce ball, and live music.

In all our trips to Bar Harbor, I can't believe we haven't been here. Our hosts at Aysgarth Station recommended it …again. They were closed on Columbus day so we tried again on Tuesday. The meatloaf was generous and very flavorful. My wife had the chicken pot pie…one of their specialties. It was the size of a regular pie and... More

We truly enjoyed the mussels in a unique Dijon mustard sauce. The Buena Vista Sandwich Club- Slow roasted pulled pork, with a few slices of ham, swiss cheese, homemade dill pickles, dijon mustard and red onion was a success. Despite assurances from the server that it was her favorite sandwich, the “Bang Bang” fried chicken sandwich was terribly dry and... More

We weren't sure what to expect from this place, but it turned out to have some of the best food on the island. We actually went back a couple of days later because we liked it so much. I would definitely recommend Lompoc. The service was great and the food stellar. Great options for vegans and the pizzas are EXCELLENT!!!!!

Interesting menu with Korean, Indian and Mediterranean influences - but they still manage traditional comfort foods too: meatloaf, chicken pot pie. Try the Korean scallops, the salad with the crunchy Indian chick peas and the garlic goat cheese honey app. Your taste buds will thank you

We visited with three couples in the Fall and wanted something hearty. We checked out the menu and decided to give it a try. Best decision ever! Our party had Fried Brussel Sprouts, Ricotta Fritters, Mac n Cheese and Pot Pies. Everything was on point! Not to mention Patrick is one of the best servers I've ever had. I would... More

This great restaurant in Bar Harbour has a really interesting mix of flavours on a varied dinner menu. It's a nice relaxed atmosphere with friendly service. The Maine mussels in Dijon cream sauce were a worthy take on the more classic sauces. The accompanying grilled bread were most welcome to help enjoy the remaining sauce. The beehive stack of goats... I got some vegan options. The person taking my orders was very kind to point out that I should not order fries because they may be covered with eggwhites or something. We had a banh mee and something else. Good

Food is pretty good. Craft beers and a bocce ball court that is lit up at night. Really nice outdoor atmosphere and loaded with hipsters. If you are a hipster, this is the place for you.
