We loved our salads, and had great service. It was easy to get to, and was a bit away from the noisy main street in Bar Harbor.

We came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. My son had fallen asleep in his stroller, and we didn't want to wake him, so they let us bring the stroller right in and keep it set up. It was perfect. We ordered drinks, the cranberry margarita was amazing! The waitress was very attentive, and the appetizer and entrees were... More

Checked into our B and B at lunch time and was directed to Side Street. I am so glad we were. A bit of a line to get in but well worth it. Lobster Stew was amazing as was the Lobster Roll and Lobster mac and cheese. Our lunch was so good in fact we went back the next day... More

I had the caprese salad which was very good and one friend had a lobster roll that was also good. The highlight was the Mac and Cheese a third friend had. The half portion was more than enough and he got the lobster topping. A very popular gathering spot. Unfortunately with the live group playing it was almost impossible to... More

We ate at this place twice. My husband was able to get the gluten free lobster roll and also a burger with a gluten free bun. The lobster rolls are very good. Full of meat and very light on the mayo. Service was excellent and they were able to accommodate our party of 7 easily. Call ahead for easier seating.

I read tripadvisor food reviews religiously before traveling, based on the good feedback, my husband and I came here for lunch on a Friday. We were quickly seated on the deck and the service was good, fast, attentive. Maybe my expectations were too high but for $70 bucks (after tax and tip) for lunch for two people with one drink... We were seated immediately. The staff was pleasant and courteous, and we looked forward to an excellent meal based on reviews we had read. The restaurant was not crowded. Unfortunately, it took forever for our drinks to arrive, then the wait time for our dinners was excessive (nearly 30 minutes), and the wait time for our desserts (only 2 out... More

Stopped here for lunch one day and was satisfied. This place always seemed very busy and even lunch we had to wait around 15 minutes. I would go back but with other great spots to eat in Bar Harbor I probably would not fight the crowd.

Really, I wanted to like this place based on the reviews. We were seated right away, but it took over 2 hours to finally leave this place. Everything was slow, taking the drink order then bringing the drinks, taking the dinner orders and then much later bringing the dinners. It was not really crowded, there were empty tables. The food... More

After working very hard to get parked in Bar Harbor (Sat evening) we finally found this place. Based on reviews we had high expectations but were very disappointed! We were seated in a back room where the noise levels were awful. Not sure how other rooms would be but outside might have faired better. We ordered the halibut special and... More
