An ok restaurant but on the expensive side. Turkey dinner was just a cooked breast with no dark meat which to my mind gives a turkey dinner added flavour. Service was slow.
Sept. 2013 - I decided to add a review -My wife and I enjoyed the restaurant - choice of lobster dinner ($14.95) or twin lobster tails ($19.95). We enjoyed both on consecutive days - no matter where you go, lobster is a luxury meal! Corn bread should be more generous (very small) and if you get a lobster during shedding... More
took friends from the Bahamas they loved it, we had two samplers for 5 of use more than enough food .service was fast and friendly , the waiter came back to the table several times to make sure we had all we needed 80..00 for 5 with drinks not bad.
My hungry group arrived looking forward to dinner here. We were seated quickly and the staff got us drinks and cornbread quickly. I had the maple-glazed salmon which was pretty good; the flavors were just right, not too overwhelming. We cruised the gift shop on the way out and picked up a few chachkis.
After driving all day we wanted Lobster rolls. This place's rolls were only average. Waiter was handling too many tables. Water never refilled, food was cold. By the time we got waiter's attention, we were finished eating- told him my husband never got cole slaw which should have come with meal. He offered to bring it, we said no. Nothing... More
We stopped by on our way back to our hotel, after we were seated we had waited 15 minutes for someone to come by for a drink order, or at least acknowledge us. When we asked the host, he seemed to get angry right away and went and told a server about us, who they both turned to look, the... More
The food was awesome, reasonable, and plentiful. The waitstaff were pleasant. Must go into the gift shop, awesome chocolate.
Ate here with the family during Labour Day weekend and was pleased with our choice. Food was tasty, plentiful and offered good value for the money. Only negative was time between ordering and being served was quite a bit longer than normal. Overall, a solid choice.
Passed this place daily on our vacation to Acadia NP. When we finally stopped there we were pleased with the rustic relaxed atmosphere, large choices on the menu and happy hour. They also had a small tourist type store. We had lobster, pulled pork (should of asked for a little more sauce), and the kids had mac and cheese and... More
We stopped at the Log Cabin on our way back from a hike. Getting someone to seat us took a few minutes but after that the service was great. The food was really good, hot and tasty.
