Our meal at Geddy's was good. It is not high end restaurant food but is well cooked, fresh food. There is a good selection of beers and wines and the service was generally good (the bar tender was very moody but our server was excellent). If you are looking for a nice pub atmosphere with good food then would recommend.

When you enter the restaurant is decorated with old car stickers and it has an old mexican feel. The meny is extensive and with one veggie child who eats fish and a veggie adult who doesn't it can be tricky to eat. We found something for each of us. The puddings of flourless chocolate cake went down well. Staff were... More

Whenever I feel like a bit of real America I always think of Geddy's. The food is excellent and they have a great range of beers on draught which are kept in fabulous condition. The decor and the atmosphere remind me of Happy Days - very retro, very 50's and the service is excellent. A real piece of Americana -... More

We had lunch here and were pleased with the service and the food. My burger was Agus beef, cooked perfectly. The fish sandwich had a "special" batter that was good but different. Well worth stopping in for lunch or casual dinner.

We live in the area and eat lunch here regularly. This restaurant is one of a handful that stay open year-round. During the day, the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. We love their burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches and brick oven pizzas. The fried seafood and soups are also quite good. There are a lot of fun distractions for kids and... More

This is about the only place open in the winter, and if you feel like visit Bar Harbor when the snow is piled high, then this will be your only option. Despite that, I have always enjoyed the amazingly creative nicknacks on the walls and the relaxed atmosphere. The food is not particularly outstanding and does not stand out above... More

There are very few places open for lunch during winter in Bar Harbor. Luckily, Geddy's filled the bill and hanging TV's everywhere made it easy to watch 2014 Olympic events as we waited. While the food was so-so (fried clams were recognized in a fisherman's platter by process of elimination...), the service and setting were cheerful and appreciated.

We ate lunch at Geddy's in September hoping for some good New England lobster bisque. Theirs was anything but.....watery, no flavor. I think the lobster was still on the string they use to dip it in the pot and pull it back out! Tourist trap!!!
