Delectable and Innovative - A Slice of the East in remote Guam

Roy's restaurants are of course in many cities. But if you happen to be in Guam, which is perhaps the farthest colonized USA, do patronize Roy's Restaurant. Roy's is located in Hilton Hotel in Tumon Bay, one of the most beautiful parts of this tiny island of some 150,000 residents. Roy's... read more

Exquisite environment, formal service, delicious food, all come together here!! Got to celebrate the 46th anniversary of my ?? birthday .... my waiters (Patrick & Franz) were so attentive ... & no matter what the question, the answer was 'yes, I can do that'. Yes, they made me feel like a celebrity!! And from what I could tell, other couples... More

I was in here recently for a business dinner. I should start out by saying that I was happy that I wasn't paying for the meals that evening. I had the Beef Tobanyaki, one of us had the Classic Trio, and the other two Hawiian Misoyaki Butterfish. The couple we were out to dinner with commented that the Butterfish had... More

Sat at the bar for a bite to eat after the 24 hour flight from the east coast. Had rib appetizer, sushi roll, and chocolate cake then went to bed happy and content.

We've dined at Roy's in Honolulu and were not disappointed with Guam. What a treat, every dish was beautifully presented, flavours and textures perfectly balanced and wines perfectly matched. The venue is lovely and the staff exceptional. We went for the three course menu - 3 piece sampler to start, macadamia crusted whitefish for entrée sharing the two dessert offerings... More

We had heard good things about Roy's especially the chocolate dessert. Tried it out and unfortunately left disappointed. The prices were quite high and the portions were quite small. The dessert was good, but about the size of a half-dollar coin. We are PHR members which gives us 20% off all food and beverage at the Hilton. When we gave... More

I really liked this restaurant. I got the mixed grill and the meat and shrimp were cooked perfectly. It was a good portion size too (not too full, not hungry after). The desert was pineapple upside down cake and it was really good too!

When Roy's first opened in Hawaii it was my go to restaurant. Everything was great. So when I saw Roy's in Guam I was excited. The disappointed. Not that it was bad. But it lacked the creativity that was Roy's. Maybe when you expand the way they have, you lose the personal touch and the magic. I wont be back

First I want to say that I never write reviews but want to warn others before they fork out $120 for dinner like we did. My husband and I planned a nice dinner at Roy's for our 15 year anniversary; we had gone there for our 13th and it was amazing. Unfortunately this time was so much different. The ambience... More
