Trendy and expensive

The food was good and the service was excellent, however I felt it was a bit overpriced for what I received.

I really liked this restaurant. I got the mixed grill and the meat and shrimp were cooked perfectly. It was a good portion size too (not too full, not hungry after). The desert was pineapple upside down cake and it was really good too!

When Roy's first opened in Hawaii it was my go to restaurant. Everything was great. So when I saw Roy's in Guam I was excited. The disappointed. Not that it was bad. But it lacked the creativity that was Roy's. Maybe when you expand the way they have, you lose the personal touch and the magic. I wont be back

First I want to say that I never write reviews but want to warn others before they fork out $120 for dinner like we did. My husband and I planned a nice dinner at Roy's for our 15 year anniversary; we had gone there for our 13th and it was amazing. Unfortunately this time was so much different. The ambience... More

Amazing food, great service, and good location; however, you are going to pay for the experience. I would argue this restaurant is the best fine dining experience on the island. Great wine and bar selection to compliment the environment. The staff was very accommodating. We had four people with four different drinks and four different meals and no one was... More

This is the first time we ate at this new restaurant in the Hilton but we had eaten in one in Okinawa Japan that had just opened as well. Both where excellent. Prices are reasonable and food was served perfect. Please make a reservation if you want to sit by the window as they have only limited seating in this... More

I'm not sure why there are so many mixed reviews here for Roy's restaurant. Having been traveling to Guam over the past 20 years, this is one of the restaurants we always go to for one of our nights there. The food and service are consistently good and the atmosphere is one of the few places for a nicer/fine dining... More

We had dinner in Roy's in the Hilton on our last night in Guam. We often dine at Roy's when in Hawaii, so are pretty familiar with the menu. We started with the Appetizer canoe, which, btw, is no longer served in a "canoe", just on a plate. All items (ribs, shrimp, crabcakes, etc.) were, however, still delicious. We each... More

We had dinner at Roy's this evening and the food was not bad. We had shrimps and fish and the food was very nicely presented. But, both dishes were over $30, which we could have had for $15 in some other place. The ambiance was fine, the service was good, but the prices were definitely bloated. We also had a... More

Bad uncooked food and it stinks. Water was dripping from ceiling. Stinky place. Discussing, should be closed.
