Good cocktail bar

Really like it for after dinner cocktails. Good variety. Live Music was nice, but stopped too early. Price is reasonable

I have been eating at Roy's for the past 20 years. It used to be the finest on Guam. It has been in slow decline over the past 5 years. Decided to give it one more go with friends a couple of weeks ago on a Friday night. Our booking was at 8pm, and we were rushed by the waitress... More

Smelly and dirty. MacDonald's has a better standard. Carpet is worn to shred's, food was cold and not spices.

Roy's in Guam lives up to its namesake chain of restaurants. I have been here several times with groups of friends, and such a conducive venue for awesome conversation. The food weusually get a pupus, the assorted sushi/sashimi combos, and they are wonderfully varied in kind and flavors. They prepare the tongue for a smorgasbord of sensations. Sometimes I opt... A nice, romantic restaurant for special occasions but the food does not measure up to the price. Dishes have an asian fusion flair but with mixed results. A bit too much sweet and sour/soy treatment for my taste. Attentive, if sometimes overbearing service. Not a bad choice, given the limited choices on island, but not for the budget conscious. At... Is this supposed to be a fine dining restaurant? Its a joke already. Roy's is over rated. It wasn't a choice to dine at this restaurant. Certainly, I will not bring off-island guests to dine here.

Excellent service and hands-down the best Chilean Sea Bass we've ever enjoyed. Red curry sauce on sea bass---wow. Great service and nice ambiance.

Very nice atmosphere, with varied menu, specializing in sea food. Quiet restaurant to get away from lots of families with small children.

I stayed at the Hilton and ate at Roys several times trying several different meals on the menu. They all were delicious. If you are a foodie and are in Guam you definitely need to stop by Roy's. Brian the bartender was a excellent bartender/waiter/sommelier. I will be returning to Guam in February and I will be there again

Enjoyed the drinks and entertainment at the bar and the service in the restaurant. The food met my expectations and the manager introduced himself and was very cordial. Like all goods and services on Guam, it was pricey but that goes with the territory.
