The food at Roy's is top notch. The prices aren't maybe in the same category. Can definitely be a challenge to eat here on per diem unless you are watching your other meals for the day. The sushi is excellent and fresh and the meat cooked exactly to your request. I've eaten at this location several times over the years... More

I started with an awesome sushi roll that had a deep fried soft shel crab and some fresh ahi tuna. Then for my entree I had the short ribs they just melt in your mouth. I will make sure I have short ribs everytime I go. The bar at Roys is a nice place to relax before or after a... More

Service was great - ocean view, relaxing atmosphere. This is perhaps the 10th time going to this Roy's Restaurant at Hilton Hotel Guam. Have been to Roy's in Pasadena, San Diego, San Francisco, Las Vegas and so on... Most of them are similar decor - for being in a Hotel in Guam - it has its own character. Visiting Guam... More

To mark the end of a recent holiday my wife and I ate at Roy's recently. The staff arranged a window seat for us and were attentative and friendly. We started with the crab cakes which were very good, slightly crunchy on the outside and tasty and slightly moist on the inside. Excellent. For mains I had the steak and... More

My family, a couple friends and I had dinner at Roy's on or around late June 2014. Upon entering, I wasn't too impressed with the atmosphere. I felt there was a need to update. The hostess was able to accommodate us in one of their private rooms due to a last minute addition. I've been to a few Roy's in... More

This is a bit more of a high end place. I stayed away the 1st few days because I thought it would be too expensive. Big mistake. It's a good value and has the best food in the Hotel.

Anniversary dinner. The butterfish was excellent but everything else was a huge let down after reading all the reviews. It's overpriced, and this is after adjusting for the Guam inflation. And the soft drinks are sold by the cup, really?? Service was good.

On first visit for dinner we enjoyed a 3course dinner of a wonderful plate of sush to share, blackened Ahi and vegetables and a superb chocolate soufflé . It was so enjoyable we returned the following night for a simple appetiser of Spicy Ahi Poki after eating at Proa for lunch.

Roy's has a great reputation. I found all the sauces full of flavor, very good, but they overwhelmed the proteins we had. Ordered my lamb med rare, it came out med with just a hint of pink. The creme brulle was more a hard set custard. Service also was a bit off. Seemed there were some trainees, and the trainers... More
