I stayed at the Hilton and ate at Roys several times trying several different meals on the menu. They all were delicious. If you are a foodie and are in Guam you definitely need to stop by Roy's. Brian the bartender was a excellent bartender/waiter/sommelier. I will be returning to Guam in February and I will be there again

Enjoyed the drinks and entertainment at the bar and the service in the restaurant. The food met my expectations and the manager introduced himself and was very cordial. Like all goods and services on Guam, it was pricey but that goes with the territory.

Roy's is located in Guam's Hilton. It was very easy to make a reservation and they even sent a driver to pick us up at our hotel. Their bottled water was made at the restaurant. Love that! We got the butter fish appetizer and were sorry we hadn't ordered it as our main meal because it was delicious. Wanted the... More

The best restaurant for a romantic evening with your significant other... or for business. I wouldn't take my kids there because it's just not the place to take them, in my opinion. Prices are well worth the food and service!

This place is a classic, and the Hilton is an excellent home for it. The wait staff is really what makes the place stand out as the best on the island. They're just great. Of course, the food is the highest quality possible. Our favorites were rack of lamb florentine and the melting hot chocolate cake desert.

Had a very nice and abundant dinner for Thanksgiving here. It offered a lot of variety even for a set meal and food was delicious and plentiful for everyone. I have eaten here as well for steaks and it is very good at them as well. A little pricey but it is a Roy's and that the way they roll.

The food was great, but not as tied to the Chamorro culture as we expected. What I ordered was exactly what I got, so no complaints on the quality, prep, or plating. However, we did have a big problem with our waiter. Service was very slow and it took him 30 minutes to split our table's bill into 3 separate... More

The food at Roy's is top notch. The prices aren't maybe in the same category. Can definitely be a challenge to eat here on per diem unless you are watching your other meals for the day. The sushi is excellent and fresh and the meat cooked exactly to your request. I've eaten at this location several times over the years... More

I started with an awesome sushi roll that had a deep fried soft shel crab and some fresh ahi tuna. Then for my entree I had the short ribs they just melt in your mouth. I will make sure I have short ribs everytime I go. The bar at Roys is a nice place to relax before or after a... More
