The Proa in Hagatna is not on the tourist circuit, but was crowded with local residents for good reason. The food is Guam-themed and delicious. The bar has a good buzz and many choices. Well worth getting away from the US fast food chains and the tourist traps, and Proa is the place for local food and ambiance

The food was good, but a bit pricy compared to other chamorro BBQ resteraunts. I like the three meat plate. big portion. but at Terry's Comfort Food in Yigo, similar dish costs much less than that in Proa

The mixed grill is delicious. Spar ribs (Baby Back), Chicken and Bee Ribs with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and side salad . Calamansi Juice to drink and absolutely spectacular classic chocolate cake for about 25 Dollars. Top notch food and service.

It's very close to YPAO beach. The food is ok. It is quite famous, so you may take a quite long time to wait during the dinner time.

We came to the bakery for dessert. Nothing special-- we just wanted to try out this infamous taro cheesecake and carrot cake we've read so much about. The taro cheesecake: Husband liked it. I was indifferent. I didn't like how they added a hint of banana flavoring into the mixture. Maybe other people will, but at least you've been warned.... More

The BBQ at this place was great. however, i believe that there are other less expensive options for the same type and quality of food. Service was OK.

It's a must try for anyone who's on Guam. Proa was the place my wife and I picked for our special occasions, date nights, valentines, anniversaries. However, it's a great spot to take the family for lunch as well. They take reservations and it's highly recommended since the place is always packed for dinner. Not as bad for lunch if... More

What could possibly satisfy your palate after a grueling flight (8 hours from Majuro)? And you still had the patience to wait for over an hour in the queuing area sniffing the smell of aromatic ribs and bbq by your side. When the long wait over, we can’t complain much. The service is good, the food is great. We ordered... More

I went to the Proa in Hagatna or Agna, could not find it here. Anyways, I had to go to Proa twice the same week! The food was really good, big portions, and the price was about right. I had the Loco Moco, which is usually served in Hawaii. The Chamorro twist truly impressed me; Rib eye medium well, tasty... More

Stopped for lunch. Excellent service. Appreciated the server's recommendation for ribs. I tried the 3 meats: beef, pork and chicken. All fantastic!
