A good pork chop and ribs in a blend of Asian and American

We tried this Local Guam's chain which combines the taste of local Asian flavor with American simple and easy breakfast style. The result is a perfect blend of good taste of Asian flavor in the tender meats of Pork and Ribs. Our view is this place offers a much better taste and value meal compared... read more

There are several Shirley's locations across Guam. They're simple, family-friendly places to take the kids after church.

Whenever I eat here I get two things that are consistent, I eat the Chicken Cutlet with fried rice, I ask for Finadenne(Guams all around sauce for meat and anything you want to pair it with really) and extra tar tar sauce with an extra plate as well because the serving sizes are pretty big, you'll need a place to... My family and I went here for dinner a few weeks ago. The were sat immediately and our drink order was taken. we waited about 10-15 minutes for our drinks. then when I came the server brought soda for my child. He apologized and brought the right drink. That was okay. Then we ask for a few more minutes to... More

Shirley's was clearly the place to go & suggested by all the people we met while in Guam for local, quick food. Enjoyed every meal!

Great local, diner-style menus. Interesting mix of Chamorro, American and Chinese, due in large part to its Chinese owner having a restaurant in a Chamorro-American community.

Coffee is so-so. The eggplant omelette needs a little fixing with salt and pepper. The grilled chicken is so-so too. Overall, there is nothing spectacular with the food...but its not bad either.

Aside from this being a good brekky place, they also serve very good Portuguese fried rice. One of the best Portuguese fried rice I have tasted aside from A Lorcha in Macau. Make sure to order this and a side order of chorizo (a bit spicy) but very good! Service here is very fast!

Shirley's' has been around for a long time, serving a variety of local dishes and lunch specials. Service is quick and courteous, pricing is moderate, with ample parking. being that it has been around for a long time, it is time to improve on the décor, seating booths need to be changed, some have holes or worn areas, seems like... Local people want me to try local breakfast . And we did. Place is not gourmet but local atmosphere and service is sometimes what are you looking for. Freshness of food and fast service really counts. You can ask any questions and you will get smily answer. If you want this casual breakfast and do not want to go to... More
