Best fried rice in Guam

Aside from this being a good brekky place, they also serve very good Portuguese fried rice. One of the best Portuguese fried rice I have tasted aside from A Lorcha in Macau. Make sure to order this and a side order of chorizo (a bit spicy) but very good! Service here is very fast!

Coffee is so-so. The eggplant omelette needs a little fixing with salt and pepper. The grilled chicken is so-so too. Overall, there is nothing spectacular with the food...but its not bad either.

Shirley's' has been around for a long time, serving a variety of local dishes and lunch specials. Service is quick and courteous, pricing is moderate, with ample parking. being that it has been around for a long time, it is time to improve on the décor, seating booths need to be changed, some have holes or worn areas, seems like... Local people want me to try local breakfast . And we did. Place is not gourmet but local atmosphere and service is sometimes what are you looking for. Freshness of food and fast service really counts. You can ask any questions and you will get smily answer. If you want this casual breakfast and do not want to go to... More

Which they provide on the side(which one shouldn't have to do if it's prepared and seasoned correctly). Large portions of everything though, which is nice.

I have always enjoyed taking breakfast at Shirley's. The restaurant offers ample servings in any plate you order of; rice, eggs, potatoes, steaks and sausages. The coffee is always fresh and free flowing. The service is good and the place is pleasant. Go to Shirley's if you are looking for Chamoro and Filipino comfort food.

Yeah you can cook up your own spam fried rice at home, what with all the variations of Spam here at Kmart in Guam. But it's a treat to eat it at Shirley's. Our family would walk from Hotel Santa Fe to Shirley's on Gov. Carlos Camacho Road. This location is somewhat nicer than the one at Agana. The food... More

This is like the old style diners. Pleasant wait staff a full menu with plenty of Chamorro style fare. Great for breakfast. Reasonably priced and fairly fast.
