Always a Line

Living in Waipahu and pasting this wagon to and from work there is always a line waiting to pick up malasda,s regulars or filled with chocolate or custard so it must be good. Please remember to be patience with the service when waiting in line

Stopped at this Leonard's Food truck for the first time (7th visit to Hawaii). Family and friends couldn't believe I hadn't stopped at Leonard's for a malasdas. I tried a sugar malasdas. It was good, but not as good as I expected based on the hype of others. The staff was friendly, the malasda was served hot and the price... More

I love the regular malasadas, but the custard-filled are the best! The malasadas are freshly made while you wait and you are guaranteed a hot, fresh, delicious dessert. Love the convenience of having this Leonard's truck in the shopping center that I frequently visit.

Been wanting to try malasadas from Leonard's Bakery for some time, but never had the opportunity on our past trips to Oahu. On our last trip, we found out they operate a truck at the Waikele Shopping Center. Since we were on our way to North Shore, we decided to take a short detour to try their malasadas. I had... More

Having wanted to visit the Leonard's Bakery this was the next best thing to try a famous Malasada. They were nice and served warm. Very sweet but yummy.

It's been a while since I've been to Leonard's because we live on the mainland but as soon as I got back on Oahu I was craving a malasada (Portuguese doughnut)! I was blown away at the choices they have now. Back in the day it was only sugar covered, not they have cinnamon and sugar, custard filled, chocolate filled,... More

Evelyn the woman taking the orders is extremely rude. I'm standing here shaking my head. Leonards bakery is luck they don't have competition in the malasadas game because with service like that provided by Evelyn they would be out of business.

Who doesn't love cinnamon sugar and fried dough. Yummy when warm. Just enough sweetness. Wish we had stopped here sooner instead of our last day.

It seems like every time I come to Waikele I always find myself in front of Leonard's. Got a half dozen original and half dozen Dobash (chocolate filled) this trip. My family loves them!! Hot food, quick service.
