Be sure to double check hours they are limited but worth the effort. I love the beet soup, warm and hearty. I always like what I order act the cafe. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere. They haves yummy desserts too. Some of the best gelato I have ever tasted. They are nice enough to give you a half half serving too. Half... More

My husband and I were passing through town and wanted something fresh and light. I placed a carry-out order (our pup was in the car), and they prepared everything fairly quickly. We got the special (which was Mediterranean Marlin that day) and Macadamia Nut Chicken Pesto Pasta. OMG, both were bursting with flavor and so fresh. We have been eating... More

My wife & I have wanted to try this place for years, and we finally had our chance on my birthday. The restaurant felt like we had stepped into farm country around San Luis Obispo, with everything very relaxed and warm. The location was a little difficult to find, and we did get lost on the way back, but still... More

I have lived here in Waianae for the past 8 years, and by far and away this little spot is my kitchen away from home! They always have fresh greens directly from the garden, the BEST deserts, and amazing locally made gelato. I love that I can come here for fresh eggs!!! Thank you Kahumana for all that you do!!... This was a very interesting place! Good was excellent even if we didn't know what half of it was, lol!!! We had this garlic roll with cheese that was out of this world!!! If we could have them shipped to the mainland we would! If you are adventurous you have to try this place!! If you aren't, stay home, it... More

This had interesting food. The toast was unusually good, all nutty and crunchy. The healthy food was tasty too. Kind of pricey though and too far out of the main road

Because we live just above the beach here at Makaha Valley Towers we sometimes forget that paradise can be found mauka (inland) from the ocean as well. The pre-contact Hawaiians understood this, as they developed a system called ahupua`a, a slice of land which ran from seashore to mountain crest so that the resources of an island would be distributed... Overall everything was very good. The only thing I could say in a slightly negative way is that the salad was too "green". Needed something like tomatoes in it to take the edge off the "green". The hibiscus drink was nice. The main course was excellent. The atmosphere is very rustic and friendly. Love the way the menu is on... More

This place is just amazing. The flavors just pop and sparkle as you enjoy farm to table freshness. Yes, this place is out of the way. Yes, the ambiance is rustic. But then, you are coming here for your tastebuds not your sense of poshness. Your visual stimulation will come from the beautiful food and views of mountains and fields.... More

I haven't had anything less than good here. The veggies they serve are grown right there at the farm and therefore are super fresh. Food is wonderful
