The service is okay but the food was below average. My order of sausage and bacon was overcooked, looked old and unappetizing. The pancakes were a bit soggy. Don't come here if you're really hungry.

We went here with friends on election day for a mid-morning breakfast. The restaurant, which is surprisingly big inside, was mostly full with families. However, we were seated promptly. The wait to have our orders taken was a little slower than you would get at, say Big City Diner under similar circumstances. But, it was not outrageously slow. The time... More

IHOP has always had great meals and especially breakfasts. The pancakes are superb, but the wait time at the Pearl City IHOP is really slow. I went to the Grand opening and also visited several times over the years, but the service has never changed. Be aware that they add on the tip for parties, and will not warn you... More

Re: food Decided to order the senior roast turkey dinner with gravy on the side. What a complete waste of money! The turkey came with 4 THIN slices (think thin as bologna slices) that were about 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" in size. For some reason they threw the slices on the grill judging from the grill marks. Underneath the... More

We were hesitant to visit here with the negative reviews previously submitted, but the group voted and the deciding factor was that one our bunch had a discount for military personnel and their dependents. We were warmly greeted, advised, and served by our host, Kawika. All of our meals for four couples were great, with the exception of an order... More

This is an expensive IHOP that serves powdered potatoes. We waited about 30 minutes for our drinks and about an hour for our dinner. I asked for extra butter and that was about 15 minutes for the waitress to get. She also forgot my salad. It was a truly horrible experience. I heard restaurant staff fooling around and goofing off... More

We had the unusual privilege of watching a phenomenal manager in action. In the restaurant business, this translates to great food and service and profits. Her name is Renette and she laughingly calls herself the Princess of Portugal. We watched in awe as she moved patrons and staff in and out with good cheer. The result: hot food hot, cold... More

Service is great, people are friendly and wait time is reasonable. If you are looking for a good breakfast or brunch, this is the place to go. Lots of parking. Near Pearl Harbor.

The service and the management were terrible. I took my family, so we only had four people at our table. We were seated immediately and then the lack of service started. It took 15 minutes for our server to take our order. At 40 minutes we still had no drinks or food. I walked to the bathroom and saw an... More

This is our second time eating at the IHOP in pearl city. We were blown away by the amazing service we received. The first time we came, our waitress seemed thrilled to see us even though we had never met. She took care of every detail with a smile and made us feel like we were on a worryless vacation(even...
