We found this place by chance and decided to stop, there were 8 in our party. It was great! I can't recall the name of the dish I ordered but it was noodles and beef. The waitress said it was the most popular dish. I was reluctant as it had ingredients in it I was not familiar with but she... More

We dined here at a recommendation of a local. We just flew in and I wasn't in the mood for "tourist" food. Having never been there before I was taken aback as it looked like a chain, which I'm sure it is. I was thinking more like a hole in the wall, but I digress. The interior and seating is... More

We saw this when we got gas and made the mistake of stopping. We had eaten in other restaurants in this strip and they were good. This place was a really bland place. The teriyaki chicken my wife had still had a slimy fatty chicken skin hanging on all the chunks. My teriyaki beef was overcooked and had a really... More

Great food and no complaints. Hard workers refilled water often. Fair price. Go with teriyaki as it was very tasty.

We're new to the area and decided to give this place a try. Ambience is low key, but comfortable and stylish. Service was very friendly. Food was tasty and reasonably priced, especially the Furikake garlic fries. Dinner for the two of us was less than $40, which is a definite value! (We didn't order dessert because they were a bit... We have a friend who raves about Hapa Grill, goes there every chance she gets. I've been a couple of times, and don't like what they serve much at all. Just not my style, I guess.

My husband and I ate there last night. We thought the food was great and the service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and after staying at The Aulani the prices of the entrees were reasonable. Try the fried cheese cake- it's fabulous.

We had dinner at another restaurant that did not have ice cream so we went to Hapa Grille and had the most awesome Brownie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with hot fudge and whipped cream. The brownie is loaded with large Macadamia nuts. It's Gramma's recipe and is the best ever!

Due to our close proximity, we frequent here at least once a month. We seniors enjoy the great ambience, service, and great meals served here. Portions are for normal appetites, so if you've got a supersized need, you'll be disappointed. What is lacking in quantity surely is compensated for in quality and flavor! Daily specials are great deals but are... More

This restaurant is one of the many that started as a family run lunch wagon truck in Honolulu. Good all around food food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try their sizzling steak!
