We loved everything about this restaurant. The ambience is serene. The location on the golf course beautiful. The food was excellent. The fish, the sauces, the beef, the sushi all superior. Also, the price fix menu is a great deal.

We've done Roys on the Big Island, Baltimore, and here. it is a mainstay during our vacations. Anytime we are on the road and Roy's is near we stop in and dine. They painted our icecream plate with "Happy Anniversary" to celebrate our 20th anniversary with us

I have no idea why Roy's is #2 in Kapolei behind the Monkey Pod (see separate review). This is my third trip to Ko Olina and I have eaten at Roy's each time. I have never been disappointed and this time was outstanding. My wife is in love with the Braised Beef short ribs but decided to try the mixed... More

We had our son's reception dinner here for a small Hawaii wedding. The room we were in was hot. Everyone was dressed up and it was hot. The appetizer sampler was good - except the Ahi - it was seared on the outside - but cold and had no flavor. I ordered the fish of the day - macadamia crusted... More

Had dinner here last week and had the salmon. I am a steak person and while I eat salmon occasionally at the real nice restaurants, this was the best salmon I ever had. The deserts were somewhat disappointing as the 2 that we ordered looked like pre made upside custard squares. Not what I was expecting for an upside down... More

Roy's is expensive, but the service and quality of the dinner is always reliable and worth the money (if your budget allows). We were seated on the terrace overlooking the Ko Olina golf course and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. Whenever we travel and stay in the Ko Olina Resort, Roy's is our special occasion meal of the trip.

Food was just ok. Lost a little of the tropic atmosphere because it was a little too populated. More of a place you would end up going to on a convention

Good food but not great. Friendly service but poor price performance. I think if you only have one night in the area, go to Monkeypod instead. Filet was good. The dim sum for 2 was fine but nothing really stood out. The cocktails were nice.

There is no place like Roy's. We have a Roy's near our home, but the menu here is different. They have a new menu every day based on fresh catch and their own creative style. We ate on the lanai and even with a tired, cranky young one, the wait staff was great and made us feel comfortable and welcomed.... More

Roy's is a very nice restaurant. The atmosphere is nothing spectacular, but lovely just the same. It's part of a resort complex & the view from the restaurant is of some of the resort buildings & part of the golf course. Not great, but certainly not shabby either. It's just that whilst in paradise I like a paradisiacal view! The... More
