Definitely worth the wait in line!

You will more than likely have to wait to get your food here but it's worth the wait. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and chocolate chip Pancakes and it was wonderful! My friend ate the loco moco and loved it. Prices are decent and you get a lot of food.

You really get great value for money at Koa. The portions are hefty and the pancakes are delicious. The service is basic, but fast and friendly. It doesn't look like much when you walk in, but when every seat is taken at 9am on a Wednesday morning you should get excited about the food. I ate the bacon and eggs,... More

Excellent choice for breakfast. Generous servings. VERY crowded during the weekends, limited seating, very casual all the way around.

KOA pancake house is the best. Lots of local variety to order from. Order at counter, they bring it to you. My favorite us the sweet bread French toast and fried rice.

Went here on our last day, wish we had found this place sooner. Not fancy or very big. Service was friendly, fast, food good. This is the place locals come, prices were reasonable. Eggs & hash good. Macadamia pancakes & blueberry pancakes were wonderful. Short stack are 3 large plate sized pancakes. Large variety menu. Lunch food looked delicious. There's... More

Went twice during this vacation because of the great macadamia nut pancakes and reasonable pricing. We were able to feed 5 of us for around $30 and were absolutely stuffed. Recommend splitting a short stack and having their coconut syrup on the pancakes.

Great alternative to over priced resort food. We ate there almost every day. You know its good when the locals eat there. Even had fried rice for breakfast. Now that's a recipe to take home to the mainland.

All I can say is excellent food! I always do the Loco Moco when we eat here! My daughter loves the banana pancakes! Family friendly environment, very clean!

A little tricky to find. In a strip mall by the Safeway. I had the bananA pancakes which were good. Coconut syrup delicious. FYI a side of bacon has six slices . Didn't know that and ordered 3. Pancakes are plate sized so short stack is plenty. My oldest got an omelet with Portuguese sausage. I wasn't crazy about it... More

We were in ko'oalina for a week and had breakfast here 4 times. Ended up sharing an omelet and pancakes most of the time. Portions are generous. Fried rice was delicious and macadamia nut and chocolate chip pancakes were both really good. Loved the coconut syrup.
