Great place for breakfast before golf

The Mrs and I ate here before a round of golf. The service was great. We shared the French Toast and the Scrambled Eggs with Bacon. The French Toast was excellent. The Scrambled Eggs and Bacon were good also. Lots of Bacon. The Eggs came with potatoes. The potatoes were on the plain side which... read more

Have eaten here numerous times for breakfast or lunch over the past 15 years. Food is average-to-good. Service is good. Located on the grounds of the Ko'Olau Golf Club, there are spectacular views, making this a worth-going-to spot for breakfast or lunch.

Our "local" friends brought us here for lunch and we are glad they did! The food was great. The prime rib French dip was delicious and the mountain views were spectacular! We were seated on the open air veranda to take it all in! Our table overlooked a coy pond which made it even better! Server was very friendly and... More

Just had lunch here with friends on Saturday. It was a bit of a rainy day and we were practically the only people in the restaurant. No tour groups scheduled for this day. We sat at the table right by the windows/doors to the open patio with great views to the mountains. Since it was drizzly weather and windy, we... More

Ordered the "Fresh Catch of the Day" and trust me! It was not fresh. The music and hula was first class. The scenery was just awesome. Just don't order fish!

As part of the tour, we stopped here for lunch. With the long morning we had, we were glad for it! After circling around the venue, our driver stopped the shuttle at the pathway leading to the restaurant. We couldn't find the entrance because the sliding doors were closed but luckily another customer saw and opened the doors for us.... More

You have seen the Honey's location and didn't know it. This restaurant is in the clubhouse of Koolau Golf Club on at the bottom of Pali Lookout. You are at the base of the Koolau mountains. Very serene. The vegetation here is very green of course as it rains a lot. If you go before it gets dark you can... More

Yes, the views are magnificent, the food is excellent, the wait-staff is always friendly & courteous and the ambiance intimate. You can even arrange a game of golf if you like at the co-situated Koolau Golf course, but NONE of those reveal the real hidden secret of Honey's. Every Friday evening, and from 4 to 7 PM on Sundays, knowledgeable... More

This was a good little restaurant in an excellent location -- mid golf course -- complete with huge koi carp swimming about. The wait staff were keen to please and the food was high quality. The price was reasonable for what you got (slightly on the high side, but compensated for by the good quality and pleasant location).

In every visit, they have never missed. Every time Mainland visitors are with us, we go to the windward side for lunch at Honey's. Located at the base of Koolau mountains with a commanding view to the ocean. The food selection is not vast, but every meal has been prepared with care and is served generously. Who would expect a...
