Delicious but Slow

I've eaten at Zia's several times and each time the food was great...and the servers were great--but it took SO long between ordering and actually receiving the food. Would definitely give a 5 rating if the food arrived more quickly.

Best Italian restaurant on the island hands down.Don't see something on the menu you like ask and the chef can whip up something you'd like. Can't wait to go back again.

Zia's pretends to be an Italian restaurant, but isn't. Inferior bread, limp salads, bland sauces over commercial pasta, and either under-done or overcooked poultry entrees make this a must avoid restaurant. The road noise from Kamehameha Highway and the Likelike is unpleasant. Zia's servers apparently are required to try to up-sell their customers, which makes their service seem insincere. This... This evening we had dinner at Zia's. We live in Kaneohe and go to Zia's. This evening I ordered the dinner salad and it was big enough to share. We ordered the Caesar Dressing on the side and it was a very good dressing for the House Salad. My husband ordered the 3 Cheese and Spinach Ravioli and I ordered... More

A locally-owned restaurant catering to families, college students and employees from Kaneohe, open for lunch and dinners, partially open air, enclosure if raining or windy. Nice selection of wines and salads. Sandwiches and past dishes with an Italian flair. Many regulars. Prime rib and steaks are top notch. Good place for a first date. Cosy candle-lit tables. Reservations advised. Prices... More

Located right off the Kamehameha Hwy. easy access. Pasta is the way to go, but order the bread with olive pesto as an appetizer. Pretty decent wine list, with local beers available. Outdoor seating, nice ambiance. Mid range priced, and several choices of entrees for any palette. Known for their Bread Pudding dessert!

This is not traditional New York Italian food, but it is good. The restaurant is on a very, very busy and LOUD road, so sit outside if you don't want to talk with your fellow diners. The gnocchi was good and I would order it again, but the chicken marsala was way off mark and uber sweet. The wait staff... More

Zia's was packed on a Thursday night recently. The pastas we had were so inexpensive but good portions and very tasty - Pasta Primavera ( with asparagus, squash, kale, and mushrooms), Chicken Pomodoro (with roasted red peppers and a touch of spinach), shared a small Caesar's salad (more than enough for two), and a bottle of great red wine. Go... More

This restaurant is on the main road in Kaneohe. There is outside seating but just a view of the road. We just stumbled on it as we were hungry but it was an off time-about 2 so not crowded. Service was good. They have a lot of pasta dishes, sandwiches, salads. The fish was fine. It wasn't anything special but... More
