Great Breakfast!

Always a line but the wait is usually no longer than ten or fifteen minutes. It's worth the wait! Speedy service, friendly waitresses, your coffee is always, always refilled. Oh, and by the way, the food is good!!! Lots of selections, some even available in half-order size (good for seniors... read more

this place is very friendly service, and the food was very good. i have no complaints. the only reason i didnt give it a full 5 stars is because the corned beef hash is canned so i did not order it. and the fish for the mahi benesict was sea bass when i feel a local fish would have made... More

Wait staff knows you at your second visit and the food is scrumptious and plentiful. The pancakes are the fluffiest and the omlettes are gigantic and delicious. The name on the sign is Kaneohe Pancake House but the menu and coffee cups say Koa Pancake House - which is the name the locals know this by.

How much you like it will very much depend on your taste and to a large extent where you are from. The pancakes are fairly good (but not exceptional) and IMO they use way way too much grease in both the pancakes and eggs. I have ordered an omlette many times to find it literally swimming in butter substitute. My... More

My husband had blueberry pancakes that were loaded with blueberries. A short stack of 3 was more than he could eat. I had the pecan pancakes..Yum.

We have patronized Koa Pancake House for years and have found it consistently good in every aspect! Customer loyalty is evident when one finds, on arrival, a scarcity of parking and, on weekends and holidays, a line of patrons awaiting seating! This is a neighborhood restaurant recognized for a varied breakfast/lunch menu appreciated by residents and visitors alike.

We lived in Kaneohe for 10 years and we always ate at Koa Pamcake House and always always brought our island guest there as well!

Really poor service and poorly prepared and uneventful food. Olld building, greasy meat, pan cants instead of pancakes

Okay so I finally found a diner on Oahu. Not sure what took me so long to find this joint, as there are several in different towns on the island. The one in Kaneohe, where you might be because you are on vacation and going to Safeway for supplies, has a broken sign and is tucked a bit back from... More
