Fantastic burger and truffle fries; the rest...

The best thing on the menu is the burger and truffle fries. The beet salad is pretty good. Do not get the paella. Most food is overpriced but typical for the area. Wine selection is so-so. A good bar to sit at if there is room.

A mediocre restaurant with poor management. Food pricy and service slow. I ordered risotto and found a spoon at the bottom of the bowl. Manager made some lame excuse but did nothing. You can wait 10-15 minutes to get a drink from the bar as only one bartender for both bar and service bar. Waiters look like slobs and certainly... More

We went to Formaggio Grill to celebrate my son-in-laws birthday. He and his grandson enjoyed, according to them, "The best steak I've ever had in a restaurant." My husband, daughter and I thought the stuffed and rolled chicken breast was the best chicken we've had in a restaurant. One grandson had the lobster mac and loved it; the other had... More

Our first time at this restaurant. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Surrounding are so/so and very ordinary. We were seated in a back room away from the main dining room, but this was quiet and good for quiet conversation. We had the mussels, lamb, lobster Mac and ribs. All was really delicious. The Lilicoi cheesecake was delicious. Highly... More

The artichoke heaven is true to its name but beware, you may not make it to your meal. It's just that good. They have a fantastic wine selection and great coffee too. A nice atmosphere for the weekend.

Too overpriced for what they offer, 3 drinks 40 bucks before trip, I usually tip 20% but this place only rated 15, 8 diners, hit and miss with some not liking meals " don't recommend their version of gnocchi or paella. And some being disappointed because of lackluster service, mistakes that were avoidable, charging for an extra bread roll, however... More

Wow! I didn't expect to find a world-class French entree at this reliably delicious old-faithful Kailua restaurant. But this evening I ordered the Beef Bourgignon for the first time in many, many visits -- and it floored me! I don't think I could find any better rendition of this classic bistro dish in Toulouse or Lyon or even Paris. The... More

We have been going here for the last 3 years and by the changes in the menu the ownership must have changed hands. The portions were pretty much cut in half and the prices have gone up. the fish tacos had hardly any fish in them. It's too bad because we used to really like the ambiance and the food... More

The wine selection here is quite extensive with over 50 wines to choose from. This place is noted for their steaks, seafood and thin crust pizzas although I can’t comment regarding the pizza because we did not order the pizza. Live music is present every Friday and Saturday, although we did not experience the live music. My family of 4... More

We enjoyed our dinner here, but it is pricey. The food was good, but depending on what you choose it can really add up especially if you are with people who drink a lot.
