This place is #1 in Kailua for a reason. Their burgers are delicious. It is more of a fast food restaurant and nothing real special as far as looks are concerned, but their burgers top the list of any ground beef patty I've had. Based on the reviews in Tripavisor we went to Teddy's. We were not disappointed: the burgers are absolutely fantastic! We liked them much more than the praised "Duane's Ono Char Burgers" in Kauai.
