Closed, and another Restuarant is opening. They still have another one in Kaneohe. No explanation on the door.
We always enjoy lunch at Zia's. We eat the 'catch of the day' fish and sometimes the salads which are both very good. We have had the pasta too, which is good. My wife loves the special ice tea and the grandkids love the kids lunch, usually mac and cheese. We always take a walk behind the restaurant to look... More
Loved the food but it was a lot, we had to take 1/2 with us. A little laid back but overall good. We would go back if we were in the area.
I enjoyed Zia's for dinner last night. The service was great. The food was good for the money. It was not as good ad fomaggios but it was fine. We had the brueshetta and a salad and the good was fine.
I have eaten at this restaurant probably a dozen times. In the past it was divine. Bolognese sauce made better than an Italian mama, spaghetti cooked to perfection, a great assortment of domestic and Italian wines. I always looked forward to eating at Zia's when I visited Kailua. It was a great local place to meet friends and clients. I... More

I agree that there was some road noise (read later reviews), but that wouldn't keep me from going back. The service was spectacular and the wine recommendation by our server was spot on. Additionally, it took a bit longer for our food to come out and our server stopped by with an extra glass of red for us as we... More
Great wine list. Good selection of food. They have excellent pasta and I love their chopped salads! They are more on the lighter side....I don't leave there feeling like I ate a heavy Italian dish!
If you are interested in an "Italian like" style chopped salad, than this place has it. I loved the taste of the crispness of the romaine lettuce, the saltiness of the prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, diced up olives, tomatoes, and bell peppers, and last but not least - the amazing balsamic dressing. This salad cost a pretty penny, but it... More
Our server Noah (noel) was so sweet and really treated us special! He went out of his way to help us figure out what was best to eat. Food was great!
