Although they offer many different types of pancakes, I LOVE the guava chiffon - it's like cake for breakfast. They have ample seating - inside or outside and the service is excellent.

Cinnamon's is a great place for breakfast or lunch. (They don't serve dinner.) Try the carrot cake pancakes! The crab cake benedict is good also. Cinnamon's serves breakfast all day so it's a great place for brunch. It does get crowded so be prepared to wait.In addition to the regular menu Cinnamon's has blackboard specials everyday;ask your server.

We enjoyed two breakfasts at Cinnamon's during our stay in Kailua. Both of them were delicious. My son loved the guava pancakes, and the crab cake eggs Benedict were wonderful. Good coffee and friendly service makes this restaurant one to go back to.

Took the family, 4, for my first visit to this place. Had to wait for a table but very understandable for a weekend. We waited on the chairs provided ina hallway. Noticed larger groups getting seated before us. After about 25 minutes total, u approached the hostesses. They sat us but no apology after explaining how long we waited. Sat... More

Heard the hype, but was let down. Big portions, but expensive. Average flavor. Went during the week thinking it'd be better than the weekend-was wrong. Staff was nice. Got the frenchtoast, very eggy. The omelets were big, but not flavorful. Cinnamon rolls were big, tasted good, but eat it fast because the glaze will make the bottoms soggy. Was not... More

I guess I needed to order some of their specialty pancakes because it wasn't anything extraordinary for my husband and me. I ordered eggs, bacon, and pancakes. The pancakes were good, but no better than your average restaurant. My husband ordered the Loco Moco and some of his rice was stale. Our waitress was very nice but we didn't see... More

Like previous reviewers have said, it's metered parking and there was a hour long wait. Our server was friendly, the atmosphere was chill, and the food portions were big. It is rather expensive though because they nickel and dime you with add ons. For two people our bill was $35

What can I say, their breakfasts are spectacular. Fresh and well seasoned meats and eggs and potatoes. Can't wait to go back

This place recommended by our Hawaiian dentist in Portland Oregon. Visited in May 2013, all 11 of us. Had to wait a long time, almost an hour. Paying to park sucks, used to be free. Had to keep checking meter due to long wait and long breakfast. By the time we were seated, the place was out of all of... More
