We came to Cinnamon's last year and absolutely loved it. Their red velvet pancakes are the best! Our experience this year wasn't quite as good. The hostess was setting up a table and was extremely slow. We finally got seated and the waitress was very slow. So slow that we kept watching tables with a different waitress get their food... More

We sat outside and the 4 of us and had a nice breakfast. Food was good and in reasonable proportions. Service was reasonable and didn't keep us waiting even though we were outside. Would go again if in the mood for pancakes.

Went this morning with our daughters at 7:30am so it wouldn't be busy. Service was very slow but the food was still on point. Guava chiffon pancakes are sweet as can be so have a protein too I order to balance it out. Wife had there'd velvet cakes and they really were like eating cake for breakfast. My daughter had... More

Go for breakfast and indulge, you're on vacation right? Pancakes to bring a smile to your memory. Be ready for a wait , but a darling little quality antique shop inside awaits you. Oh , they close early, 2 p.m?

I adored Cinnamon's! Not only is the food downright splendid, but it is a great value for what you buy! Their signature red velvet pancakes are to die for! They're fluffy and sweet, but not overly sugar-y and they hit the spot! Their coffee is pretty good and for sale if you would like to take some home. I definitely... More

I've been to Oahu 3 times, and visited Cinnamon's 3 times. I was introduced by a friend who brought me there on my first trip, and I was seduced by the red velvet pancakes. I got the chinese omelet which was ok but not amazing. The coffee is great too. When I returned, my first breakfast on the island was... More

Wide selection of tasty menu items, very friendly service, funky location and decor. But Cinnamon's is a victim of its popularity. Wait times for a table are often incompatible with even a leisurely weekend schedule.

I have been to Cinnamon's in Kailua twice in the last six months. They will not take reservations for less than 8 people. The first time we waited two hours; the second time about an hour. I only stayed the first time because I had visitors with me who wanted to try it. I admit that we weren't there early,... More

This place gets all 5 stars for its food but simply lacks the refined touches that would elevate it to the next level. Be prepared for a 45 minute wait in a less than interesting courtyard of an office complex that has seen better days. But the service is spot on once you do get seated and the food is... More

I had the best breakfast ever at Cinnamons, the eggs benedict is the best I've had in Hawaii as the hollandaise is actually hollandaise and not the weird yellow gravy other restaurants try to pass off as it. Cinnamon roll is absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go back when I'm here next!
