THe place was hard to find, but we finally managed, seeing as they only have one sign up and it's at the back of the joint, not on the street you drive through to get there. Once I discovered this place 3 days into my 7 day trip, I ate there a total of 3 times in one week. It was AMAZING!!!! The signature "Guave Chiffon" pancakes are HEAVENLY!!!! We ate at Cinnamon's 5 times out of 10 days on Oahu. Boyfriend is 'addicted' to the Guava Chiffon pancakes. Me? papaya to start, spinach omelette. wait staff is super friendly, good timing to be served, love the outdoor space (a bird even sampled some of my toast!). all over - awesome !! more

Oh my god - the guava chiffon pancakes are beyond belief. Get an order or two for the table and savor their perfect texture and flavor. I ate breakfast here three times on my ten day holiday and drove over from Waikiki to do so. I had the kalua pig benedict, the crab cake benedict and the mahi mahi benedict.... more

This place is responsible for one of my top 10 breakfasts ever. A year and a half later, I still remember it fondly. I had gingerbread pancakes with lemon creme, and they were otherworldly. During our stay we were able to have breakfast and then lunch at Cinnamon's. Yes, the Cinnamon Rolls are delicious!! So buttery and "melt in your mouth" that you won't even need to use the butter that comes with it! My husband enjoyed the Loco Moco so much for breakfast that he ordered it when we returned for lunch later... more
