You will pick this place because you love tea and for the ambiance first. You are buying an experience. The food is simple but good. The service was outstanding. It's an adorable place and very girly! Do not take your husband or boyfriend. This is also a great place for a baby shower.

This was only my second time attending a tea, and it was better than my first experience at another restaurant. The Victorian decor was charming, and I would go back just for the decor. I understand they change their decor for different holidays. They have a cute selection of hats that we could've worn during the tea, but we were... More

Well, besides the busboy, I was the only male in the restaurant. Wife had a Groupon and no one else to go with. I tried not feeling too out of place. Enjoyed the sandwiches and desserts. Not much of a tea-guy. Probably won't go back unless forced to by wife.

Near Kailua Beach we stumbled upon this charming tea room. The prices were extremely affordable with a wide selection of options. The Victorian decor was a throw-back to a different place and time and really set the mood.

I took my two grand daughters to the Victorian Tea Room and we had a delightful time. The girls. as well as myself, had fun trying on the hats that were there to wear if you did not come with one. Of course, you don't have to wear a hat to enjoy the ambiance. We were there a few days... More

More than just a tea room, this place has an offering of wonderful gifts for sale, the food selection was beyond anything I expected, and all items we tasted were Excellent, as was the service. The Victorian theme was the best part--very Victorian, and a Lot of Fun.

What a lovely spot for ladies to get together! I am usually a white tea girl but the English Breakfast brew was delightful... It didn't need milk at all and was so refreshing. The scones aren't strictly Victorian, being served solo sans cream&jam or even butter, but where fruit flavored and pleasant nonetheless. I'll definitely be back!

A very nice atmosphere. Large selection of teas. We had the Valentines Dinner special. The salad and soup was delicious Choice was prime rib or salmon. The prime rib was fine but the salmon over cooked. The veggies and garlic potatoes were cold on delivery and service could ave been better. The dessert was RSR sherbet with chocolate covered strawberry.... More

My friend and I, townies both, ventured out to Kailua on a sunny Saturday to try, A Cup of Tea, a tearoom in Kailua. We found lots of parking on the street and filled the meter for two hours. Upon our entry, we were warmly greeted and invited to select one of dozens of teas for our lunch. The menu... More
