Good, can get pricey.

Very good food. Service a little slower than expected. Perfect as a special dinner for two. Can get pricey, especially if adding drinks to the bill.

We were seated at a nice table with a view. We asked our waiter for a fresh flower in the flower vase as the one on the table was on it's way out. He did so quickly. The service was perfect and the food was outstanding! We will go back again.

Had a small dinner for 30 to celebrate a 15th Wedding Anniversary. From start to finish, this process was seamless. Our coordinator, Ceci, was amazing and accommodating at every opportunity that presented itself. The Chef provided an excellent dinner, our guests were blown away. The anniversary couple was so complimentary and were in awe of the food and experience provided... More

We arrived late to a friends table and the service was very slow. We had to ask about it twice, but we were not the norm. Came at the end of the evening, shared a meal, joined a table halfway through their meal, etc. The service recovery was a good effort. Wonderful ambience for romance.

after a none too great meal at the kula grille, one of the so-called restaurants of this resort, we were leery of going to the fish place in the resort, partly due to price. This was one of the best meals ever. we started with roasted tomato soup and a caesar salad made with pineapple croutons and regular lettuce. Mains... More

Pa akai restaurant has outstanding food, excellent customer service and a great view. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal which consisted of scallops, pineapple Caesar salad, lamb, tenderloin and shrimp and the catch of the day. We found the food to be very fresh, exactly as ordered and extremely tasty. They have an extensive wine list and we capped of the... More

Very disappointing. The evening started with an incredibly rude and unpolished hostess messing up the time of our reservation and accusing us of being "very late" as if we were schoolchildren even though she was in the wrong. Two people then came by for water. We said that we preferred sparkling, so they changed our glasses, and then they were... More

Romantic setting overlooking the ocean. Small, intimate dining room perfect for couples. Had a small musical duo with guitar/local music that set a perfectly relaxing mood. Excellent tasting menu combining Pacific cuisine (fish, local vegetables and fruits) with European styles (e.g. pesto fish). Probably the most high-end dining experience on the North Shore and great for a special occasion. Wine... More

This is the fine dining restaurant in the Resort and it is amazing. First and foremost is the service - attention to detail, welcoming and always smiling. The food is also amazing. Look forward to going back one day soon.

Since I am on vacation, I decided not to write ANY reviews concerning my eats on this trip - I am currently staying at Turtle Bay Resort. I've spent well into four figures during my stay. Last night, I was looking for a place to eat - came on line and saw the review from March 10th - from someone... More
