Elegant, fine dining. Great flavors. Awesome staff.

My fantastic server, Zara, chatted with me about each of the items on the menu & explained in detail the dishes that I finally ordered. Terrific warm bread with balsamic reduction & macademia nut oil, Scallops with an amazing macademia nut chili oil, Mong Chong fish entree with Chiso sauce... read more

I absolutely hate spending a lot of money on mediocre meals. Hate it. We have been to TB 6 x and gone to its fine dining alternatives on each visit. This was our first time at the latest iteration, Pa'akai. It was very disappointing and I do not recommend it. I can't understand why TB cannot get the restaurant situation... More

If you want a little more upscale dining, then this is the place. Conveniently located in the hotel, you can experience fine dining with an ocean view. I had the filet mignon and I must say it was perfectly cooked. The lobster risotto is a must try as well. If you order the dessert and get the apple pie, be... More

Great view and great drinks but food was mediocre at best. Would expect more at a resort location but I think you are paying for view not the food. Price was high, service was generic and wait was long. Recommend a drink at the bar but would get out of the "compound" for dinner somewhere in the city instead of... More

This has been our favorite restaurant on Oahu for many years. The food and drink are top-notch. I had the lamb which was done to perfection and my wife had the pork tenderloin. Both delicious. We'll go back for sure.

My wife and I had dinner here two nights ago and were thoroughly impressed with the service and food. My wife are the five course dinner with the wine selections and she thought everything was better than she expected with this being a higher end restaurant at a destination resort. The rib eye steak was perfectly cook as I had... More

We chose this restaurant because of their commitment to local farmers and fresh food with an Hawaiian influence. We were not disappointed. In fact, I had the fresh fish two nights in a row and it was amazing. It was served with their native sweet potato, bok choy and ginger with a basil coconut cream. I had a different app... More

Seafood to die for! What a great meal, fresh local seafood cooked to perfection and served with style. The server made great recommendations and provided great food and drink service. The food was everything he said it would be. A little expensive but worth it.

Had my 60th birthday in this restaurant and an unforgettable experience for all the right reasons. Food, service, view all excellent. Birthday cake ordered online from Australia was beautiful. Thanks for a great night

They call it fine dining but to be honest, it is unimpressive and over priced. Never saw a manager and didn't feel special in any way. Weird decor and average food.
