Let me start by saying that I don't usually talk up restaurants or write reviews for them. To say that a specific meal is the best you've ever had is usually an extreme exaggeration. But here it is, the best meal I've ever had. I was on my honeymoon and my wife recommended we come to the North Shore and... More

This was probably the best meal we had whilst in Oahu! We chose the five course with matching wines. I would definitely recommend this option. We made reservations but did not get a window seat but that was OK as we were the only diners on the upper level. Can't stress how good the food was and reasonably priced too!

the service was awful by our waiter, and the prime rib was not good, nor was the poke. The restaurant was incredibly expensive, but we enjoyed Lei Lei's much more, and it was half the price.

The entire menu was so mouth watering we wanted to try all of the appetizers. The scallops were exceptional and so was the Filet Mignon.

By giving Paakai 2 stars we are being generous. We live here and have had a total of six meals and allowed at getting time. I am not posting this review and getting any pleasure by doing so. I sincerely wish they could get their act together as fine dining options are so limited on the North Shore. Every time... More

This restaurant served a beautiful meal and although highly priced felt very worth the money. You will have the most delicious fish here and a gorgeous romantic atmosphere. Thank you for a little slice of indulgence in Turtle Bay!

Worth the splurge. Went on New Year's Eve and had the 5 course meal with the wine pairings. Excellent! Great view.

Each time we stay at Turtle Bay, we enjoy a perfect meal at Pa'akai. This visit was no exception. The view, ambiance, and food are out of this world! Our appetizer, salads, fresh fish entrees, and dessert were all phenomenal. I would eat here for the purple Molokai sweet mashed potatoes alone! The manager was also very friendly and made... More

Open Table was not available on that day therefore I tried to book reservations two other ways ( both did not work out)....it seems that the one sole person in charge of reservations only is available by phone when the restaurant is open......therefore, although a phone call to the staff person two weeks ahead 'confirmed' our reservation for 630 pm,...
