Great local food!....

We stopped for lunch during our tour of the North Shore. Not only was the food great, but we had a chance to meet Tita & Junior, and learn about the history of Kahuku. Try the garlic shrimp or teriyaki chicken. Kids will love the burgers.

We stopped by for lunch with the anticipation of and awsome garlic shrimp experience. But what we got was far from it. We arrived right at lunch time and found no line and no crowd, this should have been the first sign. Ordered lunch quickly, I got the garlic shrimp and my wife got the grilled chicken, which turned out... More

Seriously. All reviews must be from family and friends. This place is disgusting. We were praying we did not get food poisoning. The teriyaki beef was so bad I couldn't eat it. Shrimp was fine, nothing special. The hamburger was inedible. Potato salad was warm, but not in a good way.

When looking for good food in Hawaii if you ask anyone where to eat on the North Shore of Oahu; they’ll probably point you at the shrimp trucks in the town of Kahuku. While the shrimp trucks are good, my favorite roadside food stop in Kahuku is Tita’s Grill and Catering. More of a roadside food shack than a truck,... More

Driving the north shore of Oahu requires a stop to at least one shrimp truck or shrimp shack. We chose Tita's and it was delish. We got an order of the spicy garlic for "$13.00 plus tax" and an order of Korean Garlic Shrimp for the same cost. Served in styrofoam on rice with a big pile of macaroni salad.... More

Excellent food & people We had big breakfast & shared it both days. Cocoa rice was amazing as well as the polonaise sausage & bread. "Junior " came to our picnic table & told us about the history of the town and the restaurant. We met another couple from Australia & are now good friends with them. We can't say... More

This was one of our stops during our visit in Hawaii. The food was large, fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. The people were so friendly! Everyone ejoyed it. I had a tuna melt on their homemade bread. It was so big I could only eat half of it.
