This was our third visit to this restaurant and we have never been disappointed. We were there for a late lunch - around three in the afternoon but the server was really laid back and nothing was too much trouble. enjoyed a great lava flow - very refreshing on a hot day - and the food was great, freshly cooked,... We went here twice! First for afternoon cocktails and then later for dinner. Very pretty view, friendly staff, wonderful food!

Our small group stopped visited the Crouching Lion on our last night on Oahu. There were a few groups seated in the restaurant area, and live music coming from elsewhere in the building. We were encouraged to "sit wherever you like". We chose to sit inside the open air building. The walls inside were a light color and the wood... More

After touring the island and on the home stretch back to Honolulu, we decided to stop and have dinner. It was Thanksgiving day and we absent mindedly overlooked the possibility of places being booked up for dinner. It was 4:30 pm or so and they were just lighting the tiki torches outside the restaurant when we pulled into the parking... More

We went to this restaurant during the summer of 2014. Our experience in a nutshell: awful! First of all, it took them more than an hour to prepare two salads. There were only two other couples in the restaurant, so no, they were not busy. The service was terrible: the waitress kept forgetting about us. I guess that's why it... More

Stopped here August 22 for an early dinner with the family after the awesome zip line tour further north in Kahuku. The zip line staff recommended this place and it was the perfect coastal setting for a casual meal. If you want 5-star dining then go to Honolulu but we found the service friendly and efficient and the food and... More

Definitely worth the money. Recommended the crab cakes and coconut shrimp! Pass on the steak. Get the Sex on the Beach instead of the Mai Tai. Must see.
