We went there for lunch. It wasn't too busy the day we were there. We ordered maybe 3 rolls, an order of veggie tempura and a bowl of miso soup. The rolls were good, the fish was fresh. The tempura was OK(heavy batter) We drank water with our lunch. (no drinks) Our bill was over $70. The service was ok.

Went for dinner recently with the family. This restaurant was pretty good, food fresh and service as well. The food was prompt and timely. For dessert we ordered ice cream. They give you two monster scoops! Overall, good food although value wasn't really there. Approx $150 for us. 2 kids and 2 adults

This place rocks. Cool little sushi restaraunt tucked away in Haliewa. The vibe of the place is super relaxed and you have 3 different options for eating: outside table, outside floor with table and pillows, or small bars inside. The food was prepared quickly and was full of flavor and different conconctions for rolls. Check this place out if on... More

My daughter and son in law live near Haleiwa and insisted we give Banzai Sushi Bar a try - it's a favorite of theirs. It is situated facing a parking lot, so there is plenty of parking available. I thought the parking lot view would negatively affect the ambience but the restaurant has nice lighting and atmosphere and you forget... More

We ate dinner here with our son. The restaurant has a great vibe and you can either sit at tables and chairs or on cushions on the floor at low tables. We chose the floor. Service is fast and friendly and the food was very fresh and tasty. They had surf videos playing on a large screen and later on... More

If you're looking for a great place to take a date on the north shore this place is it. Fish is really good, the ambience/environment is lovely and fun, they have great live music on saturdays. Appropriately priced for the quality of the food (unlike other places in the area claiming to be high quality)

Great place for fresh sashimi! We had he sashimi boat and it was delicious!! Really recommend it. Only downside is that it closes fairly early.

The sushi is very fresh and very well prepaired. The location is very good inside a shopping area with parking. The ambience is relaxed and the service is friendly. There is a next door bar with a band, that at times gets too loud.

Outdoor dinning is relaxed on a covered outdoor deck with Japanese-style seating on zabuton pillows or conventional tables as well as indoor bar seating. Had the Volcano and Red Dragon. Volcano has salmon and scallops so it's a bit higher priced than most other menu items but well worth it. Banzai Sushi Bar sits tucked away in the North Shore... More

Banzai is a great sushi place, though it can be a little pricey. Their special rolls are delicious and if they have a collar special - get it. The fish was like butter. I went with a bunch of friends and we all ordered and shared. It was a great night out and the rolls, service, and atmosphere were all... More
