Crazy menu items - duck pasta, lamb, incredible pork chops. Everything is local and WONDERFUL!! Great locavore opportunity in Haleiwa, North Shore, Oahu.

Thanks to Honolulu traffic, we got here later in the morning than expected. But what a surfer's place this is! They serve breakfast well into "lunchtime", at least on Sunday, perhaps other days too. The interior redefines "plain", but the staff allow you to purchase wine next door (there's a small but exclusive wine shop 2 doors down) and open... More

After watching another glorious sunset by the beach, a lovely local lady suggested we pop into Cafe Haleiwa for a dinner. She prewarned us that it may look 'dodgy' but the food is awesome. Well thats exactly what it was like. The food was so fresh and delicious I could've licked my plate. Then to our surprise after visiting the... More

From Wed to Sun from 6PM this popular breakfast 'joint' morphs into a fine dinning experience. Although you can sit inside there is also an outdoor section off the back of the wine store. Bonzer Front (also owned by the same people). The wine store has an amazing selection of wine to go with your meal and usually an informed... More

nice little diner experience. It's a simple building and the food isn't trying to be exotic but friendly service, good eats and a nice experience.

The place is very little and isn't fashionably decorated. The perfect combo to find treasure! Great Mahi Mahi and Eggs. I really wish I had been able to return, only got here once. Really a great find!

The window has an old fashion painted advertisement that the easting establishment is Air Conditioned. Yes it is. Bring a sweater with you! The food was delicious, the desert sweet. It is a BYOB type place, where they want you to buy your alcohol beverages a few storefronts down. Parking is in the rear. The bathroom is also in the... More

Our favorite breakfast place on the North Shore! I have been eating here since I was 5 years old. The food is always great, It is a family owned and staffed (most of the time), and the atmosphere is perfectly north shore cafe. Take everyone that comes to visit for breakfast and or Dinner!

We always went here for breakfast, but lately we have had dinner there a couple of times. It is surprisingly good for dinner. I consider it a step above most of the other restaurants in Haleiwa, which seem never to change their menus and seem to cater to tourists - or one in which the owner insists on ordering for... More

We had breakfast here and the place was packed. Parking around the back also reveals an outside area if the restaurant where you can also eat. The food was what we expected and more than enough. My wife had the pancakes which I'll be getting next visit as they look taaaaasty!
