Mocha Mama

This is a delicious coffee/ice cream/ice drink - not to be missed if you are on Molokai. Go on Tuesday morning and enjoy the free music - lots of fun

We stopped here before going on the mule ride and my wife's mule regrets that because she wanted to try each of the three types of pastries and she ended up eating six total, she cried when she found out they were not open sunday and she could not go back. After the ride we had the homemade pretzels, they... More

We always enjoy the O'Hana music at Coffee's. Of course this dictates a Mocha Mama to sip on. Forget about calories, become one of the family, kick back and relax!

Apparently Coffees of Hawaii used to give a mule-drawn tour of the plantation and there used to be a gift shop here. But on the day we visited, there was just a coffee shop. The teens working the counter were nice enough. And the selection of sandwiches for lunch was decent. I ordered the chicken salad and my husband ordered... More

OK, it was an espresso. Well, it wasn't actually. It was a small, weak coffee. The coffee plant is shut to tourists now. So it's just a very bad coffee place. Well, if you want an espresso. But it's on the way to the truly amazing organic, traditional macadamia nut farm. Go there!

This was amazing!! I counted 26 musicians with ukuleles, guitars, air-piano, bongos, and kettle bass played for 2 hours. Impromptu musical arrangements, requests taken, talented singers, and hula dancers. All this while sitting outdoors on the veranda drinking excellent coffee and eating delicious breakfast sandwiches. Friendly locals attended and graciously visited with us. This was the highlight of my visit.

After the mule ride this was a great stop to get some coffee! The people were great, really living up to the reputation of "The Friendly Isle".

My husband & I stopped in on Tuesday morning. We went in the Espresso Bar & he ordered a coffee & a breakfast sandwich & I ordered an acai sweet bowl. We headed out to sit on the covered porch and our orders were delivered shortly. I really enjoyed my healthy choice acai sweet bowl. It had acai, partially frozen... More
