Must do in Kaunakakai

A Don't miss when you are on the island of Molokai. We stopped most every time we were in Kaunakakai. The hardest part is picking a flavor. You won't go wrong with any choice. Very friendly employees also. It was fun to stop in.

Saw this place from our tour and knew we needed to come and check it out. Large variety of made right there ice creams. We tried three ice creams, a coffee flavored with chocolate swirl, chocolate chip cookie dough and regular (very dark) chocolate. The coffee was fair, the cookie dough was very soft, so hard to keep from melting... More

We all really enjoyed our stop at Dave's Ice Cream. The staff was helpful and gave us samples. It's a great little shop.

The ice cream has fresh ingredients (mine had mango), and it tastes sublime on a hot day. It isn't cheap, but, then, on this island, what is?

I stopped in to pick up a few pints of Dave's Hawaiian ice cream. The teens working the counter were very friendly. When I asked about different flavors, they offered me samples of everything I was interested in! Though I only tried two. I ended up getting Hawaiian mudpie, holiday bliss, and poha berry. One of the things I like... More

Be sure to indulge in one or some scoops of Dave's incredible ice cream while you're visiting Molokai. The tropical varieties are fantastic!! Wish I'd be able to try every flavor!!

Enjoyed the experience enough to make 2 separate visits here in April 2014. Excellent service, friendly staff, free samples given on request. Like any exotic ice cream you get what you pay for. Prepare to be dazzled by the extensive menu of Hawaiian flavors. You are limited only by your imagination and sense of adventure. Highly recommended especially after a... More

Over $8 for 2 cones of icecream. Taste very average. Full of coconut fat very unhealthy. Will never allow my partner to buy from there again behind my back lol.
