The place to go for hamburgers

Glad to have them on the east side of the island, cause they're the only place to get food on that side. My son says their hamburgers are the BEST, and glad they haven't changed them over the years. The only negative about the place is the lack of enough parking; they can get pretty busy.

This does make for the nice stop after you take your drive out to the East end of the island. But, the food is only average with high prices. You order at a take out window...the staff was none too friendly. We ordered the club sandwich and a side of mac salad. There is a small shoppette right next door... More

We stopped by for a quick light lunch as we'd found good reviews on TA and we were not dissapointed. I had fish of the day with salad and it was plentiful and lovely. Warm and friendly anmosphere, pretty popular among locals, I'd say. It's also good value for money.

Stopped here one day for a late breakfast while on the way to Halawa Valley. I had the breakfast burrito special, which was very, very good, and so large, I didn't have to eat 'til dinner time! The counter is attached to a small market, and there are some outside dining areas. The menu has a lot of variety for... More

We really just stopped in for water, snacks and directions. But the lady at the counter turned out to be so warm and friendly and was a wealth of information. She gave us the names of several guides to Halawa Valley and other great information. Definitely worth a stop!

This is a general store and walk up counter at the east end of the island. The little store has everything you need. If you can't find it just ask the girl at the register to help you. It's in there someplace. The girls running the walk up rock. In my opinion they are producing the best food on the... More

We had breakfast on our way to Halawa Valley. We both had chicken fried steak with gravy & eggs plate lunch which includes rice & macaroni salad.

It's pretty much the only place to buy ANYTHING on the east end. Groceries and home cooking. Super nice folks.

This is one of those hole in the wall joints. It was a good stop over on the drive to the east end of the island. Nothing fancy just good burgers
