Had several meals here( clearly was worth going back too) and found the food fresh, tasty and served quickly.always seemed busy, with many Asians eating here. Especially good we're the summer rolls, and noodle dishes were tasty but not as flavorful as some. Charlie runs the front of the house making jokes and taking orders.support staff keep food coming out of... More

As far as Maui goes, it is the best around. But if you are Vietnamese or are from an area with a large Vietnamese town, you will be disappointed. While some have noted that it is a little dirty, it is no more so than many small restaurants here on Maui. The food is a little below average. There is... More

I was worried about trying this place because of reviews about it weren't good. They said things like dirty bathrooms and cockroaches, but this place was clean and had no bugs. The food was very good. It reminded me of a local Chinese resturant in California that we used to always go to. It was decorated nicely and the bathroom... More

We stopped by A Saigon Cafe after flying in to Maui - the restaurant is maybe 15 minutes away. The service was very friendly and the food was very fresh and delicious. We enjoyed noodle soups (saimin and pho) and fresh rolls. The food was so good that on our departure day, we stopped there again for our last meal... More

WE had never been here before, so we relied on our dinner companions for order for all of us. We started with a cabbage/chicken salad that was delicious. Cabbage was crisp and the salad was delicately seasoned. We also had rice noodles with chicken (delicious), vegetables (crisp), seafood rice pot (sticky), but disappointed in the curried mahi (too dry). We... More

We thought we'd give the restaurant a try for lunch after reading some good reviews (TripAdvisor and others), after exploring the heiau and beaches around Wailuku. We love Vietnamese food, but this restaurant would normally be a bit out of the way for us. We asked the waiter for a couple of recommendations and went with them - and very... More

I have come to Vietnam several times, and tried Pho from Hanoi to Saigon. The restaurant had definitely different ingredient, I felt like it lost traditional taste. Although their food had nice and well presentation, it wasn’t delicious and tasty as I expected. However, the staffs were friendly, pleasant; the restaurant location was great with beautiful desgin. They were only... More

Had lunch there yesterday. I had the mahi-mahi in black bean sauce. Good fish but incredibly salty. My wife had the tofu and vegetables with crispy noodles. Surprise ingredient was a cockroach. The waiter comped her meal. The kitchen was dirty as were the restrooms. We will not return.

Had lunch at this place before our flight back home and we were so happy we made it here. Their vegetarian dishes are good and we also took food for the flight. Their Vietnamese coffee is the best!

Food was top notch Vietnamese. The owner takes your order and makes you laugh. Especially if someone in your group is gullible.
