I think this is a really cool pizza place. Their pizzas are awesome, be sure to get an extra one to go. Casual and fun.

My expectations were already high because of the positive reviews I'd read, but they were still exceeded. The "Flatbread" name might give you the wrong idea... their crust isn't crispy and cracker like, but rather it's wonderfully flavorful, thin and chewy wood-fired goodness. The toppings and sauce were terrific, and even my salad was amazing. But in addition to the... More

The "Jays Heart" flatbread was amazing! The 16inch is def more than enough to split with someone. It also brought peace to my mind that all the ingredients were fresh and natural. My husband and I LOVE pizza and at first we were bummed it was "flatbread"... But as they say tomatoe vs. tomato (get it?). Anywho... I had the... More

Who knew I would find one of my favorite pizzas of all time in Hawaii? Not me! But all I can say is "Oh my god, is this pizza ever good!" It's so good, that my hubby and I had to make a second trip to this pizza joint right before we caught a plane back to the mainland. All... More

After a long flight from the East Coast we decided to stay in town for dinner. The Flatbread Co was an excellent choice. Very casual setting - large open dining room. Try to sit in the front room as you will be able to watch the pizza making process with the pizza oven being the focal point. Could be a... More

Loved the food, just thought it was a bit warm inside during August though. I noticed the table facing the wood fired oven standing up their menus to help block the heat....... Maybe not the best table in the house.

We have eaten at Flatbread a couple of times and when it was time to pick a restaurant to go to in Paia, we immediately thought of Flatbread. There were four of us (three adults and a toddler) and we had a great meal. We ordered two small vegetarian pizzas and they were very good. They have gluten free crusts... More

Relaxed, surf type of atmosphere. Very fun. Pizzas were fantastic. Tasty crust. Thin but not too thin that it burns in oven. Toppings very good. Also had two of their salads which were fresh and flavorful. Good beer variety and beer was cold. It was a bit warm inside the day we were there. Perhaps the back room is cooler... More

Great place for friends or families. The pizza was good, all flatbread style many different ones to choose from along with 2 sizes. You can also watch it being made and cooked in the brick pizza oven. They serve locally brewed beers along with more common ones. Go early or there will be a bit of wait. This was a... More

Like the rest of this laid-back little town, Flatbread Company has a relaxed, un-touristy atmosphere that feels very friendly and local. We had the organic salad and shared a pizza. Both were fresh and really delicious. We were glad that our server informed us that you can order half-and-half pizzas, because we were having trouble deciding. As another reviewer noted,... More
