We read a recommendation in a guidebook for Flatbread Company and decided to check it out. Amazing! The dough is thin and chewy and the ingredients were fresh and delicious! We tried the salad with pineapple vinaigrette, but I was not a fan. My husband really liked it and ate most of my portion too. We split a small pizza... More

After a long day on the Road to Hana, we stopped here to eat. Service was quick, even though the restaurant was pretty full! The food was tasty and good value. Starter salads were fresh and large enough to share by two people. Pizzas were the traditional Italian thin crust with a good choice of toppings. Being vegan, I appreciated... More

The wood fire pizza here was great, thin dough, freshly made and tasty topping. Great ambience. Prices reasonable and good service. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Paia.

Shared a salad, which was so good. Their flatbread pizza was also a huge success! Had leftovers the next day and still great! Wish we had time to go back! Absolutely will be on our next trip too. Already recommended it to friends as well.

Ok so if you like a pizza that has unusual ingredients, or are willing to experiment, this place turns out a pizza with a great crust. Like cheeseboard in Berkeley - but with non - vegetarian as well as veg options. Great salad with a pineapple vinegar. Go mid week early for less of a wait.

This restaurant was highly recommended to me prior to leaving for Maui. When my boyfriend and I tried, we fell in love with it! The flatbread pizzas (baked in wood burning stoves) were excellent! We ordered the kula pork the first time and when we went back for the second time, we ordered their homemade sausage. We LOVED it!! Wanted... More

We came to this restaurant on a trip in 2008. Could not wait to get back. I can't explain what changes but the brick oven pizzas were average at best.. IDK just something was not as exceptional as last time

We ordered the Mopsy's Kalua Pork pizza. It was just perfect, exactly what we were in the mood for. Everything on their menu is made with locally sourced and/or organic ingredients and it really shows in the taste of their food. A must try!

Not only the best pizza on Maui hands down, but they give back to the community with fund raisers for charities. If you don't stop in, you will be missing out on some of the best food Maui has to offer.
