ONO Ono!

Hands down the BEST spot for a fresh fish sandwich!!! No questions asked on that one. I get the Obama burger with ono, and a basket o fries every time. Quesadillas and fish n chips are slammin too.

we stopped for lunch. Parking in Paia is just murder. It took us a long time to find the parking place. Paia Fish market was just hoping with people. we ordered Mahi and fries. Mahi Mahi looked a bit overcooked but it was not. nice and moist. fries were very ordinary. just an average restaurant

We are visiting the island and a "must see" is this restaurant. We always order the fresh fish chips with cold shaw and yummy tartar sauce on the side. I don't have a clue what fish it is, but it's very much like cod or halibut. The batter is is always dark brownish and so food. Cooked perfectly everytime. The... More

My hubby and I have eaten here several times in the past few years when we come to visit Maui and love the fish and chips and fish tacos. It came with fries and coleslaw and it is yummy. We keep coming back. This is a busy place so you may have to stand in line. You might have to... More

When visiting Maui I have eaten at the Fish Market multiple times while on my trip! Both the Paia and Kihei locations are great. I love the casual, picnic style vibe. Its quick & fresh with nice, big portions. I like to get the fish tacos- cajun style. Perfect after a long day at the beach!

We stopped here for dinner before flying back home to California. What a great way to end our trip, the food was amazing and the tarter sauce was the best I've ever tasted.

We ate here 5 years ago and I said if I come back to Maui I come back here. The food is worth the 45 minute drive! February 1, 2016 dinner was Mahi Plate grilled at $23.95 and the Ono Plate sauté $23.95. They do have beer and wine but we didn't order anything. The fish portions filled the plate!... More

This is an order at the counter restaurant but you will get way better food than a fancy fish place. I had the mahi burger and husband has the fish plate. Both were amazing. The coleslaw and tartar sauce were unique and excellent.

I had heard a lot about this place and had a reasonable expectation that it was one of the better places to have a decent fish dinner. I think the food was good but not great. No doubt the fish was very fresh and the potion size was ample, but it lacked the essential ingredients that make a place a... More

I had a platter. I ordered Ono (wahoo) with Cajun rice and home fried potatoes. It was reasonably priced at $23. I had a Big Swell IPA to wash it down. I got my dinner fairly quick and it was scrumptious!!!
