My favorite restaurant on Maui

OK--its not fancy. Its a place where you wait in line to place an order and then grab a table. But I could eat their fish burgers and fish tacos every night. The Pia Fish Market is outstanding. Try the Obama Ono Burger. Truly delicious. We ordered food for 12 people and everyone was happy. The fried calamari a was some of the best I've ever had. Don't miss lunch here but try to get here when they open! It fills up fast!

This was the best meal we had on Maui. The prices were very reasonable for the portions you get! The fish and chips were amazing! Definitely a must have when visiting Maui!

Great place to grab a delicious meal! It's very casual and easy to drop in to feed our family of 4! We stopped in here before our overnight flight home and it was perfect!

I was hungry for fish sticks but didn't want the fries and they let me buy fish by the piece. Mmmm!!!

Good option for a quick, very casual dinner, but very simple setting and food. Self service at the counter w/ communal-style tables. Pretty noisy environment. Food is good, but nothing fancy. Good ahi burger w/ fries, accompanied by fresh cole slaw. Ok kids menu. Go there if you're looking for fresh fish, a quick dinner, and some typical Paia-style setting.... More

It is not fancy. It is a walk up and order from the counter and sit at picnic benches with others. But the fish tacos were worth it. When in Hawaii you get used to spending a lot for food but you don't need to. The fish here is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone!!

As long as you're ok sitting with others to eat at indoor picnic tables. I personally like that kind of place. They have large fish burgers where you can order it with any of the daily catch. C'mon where else can you do that? The fish tacos were awesome, the fish and chips were great. Overall an excellent lunch. And... More

Although not on the water, this restaurant is in a great location in Paia. The food is excellent (great fish tacos). We dined here with our two children and weren't thrilled by the communal dining setup with shared indoor picnic tables. May have just been our experience though as we had a couple of local people sit next to us... More

Go early. . .and get in line when they open. . .locals still eat here as well as tourists. Dishes large. . .sharing best plan. New location in Kiheai is beautiful too. . .but I love the original in Paia.
