Excellent Seafood

Four of us visited this casual restaurant for lunch as it was recommended as great fresh fish. We were not disappointed. Fish portions large and cooked perfect. Beer was ice cold. Perfect combo on a hot day. Fast ,friendly, efficient service. You must order and pick up at counter. There was a... read more

Local friends recommended Paia Fish Market for lunch during a shopping trip to Paia. A great dining choice. My wife and I both had the Fish 'n Chips which hit the spot. Seating is tight so we chatted with the couple next to us who live in Lahaina and gave us some excellent dining and shopping suggestions.

Do not let the casual atmosphere fool you, the fish is amazing! The fish is 5 star worthy. The charbroiled mahi mahi was better than I have had it anywhere else. That said the sides are average. The lines get long but the kitchen is very fast. The tables are always full but they turn over quickly. Give it a... More

Our guides at Skyline Eco-Adventures recommended this to us and it didn't disappoint. There's something for everyone. It does get very crowded, but everyone just shares tables ... Even pushing over to mark room for one more. We had the mahi fish & chips and the fish tacos and both were fantastic. The cile slaw is especially tasty....big chunks of... More

The Paia Fish market is very casual and very popular. Seating is at picnic type tables where you grab a spot wherever you can. The people my husband and I sat next to said this restaurant is their first stop after getting off the plane in Kahului, and, from the delicious chicken to the delicious fish, I can certainly see... Low key, causal fish market eatery where you can get fresh Mahi or Ono (not fried) fish burgers for $10. Excellent value for the price. Such a fun place, you sit at long tables and chat with other tourists & locals. Don't let the line scare you away, they move people through pretty fast & by the time you get... More

Fun, very busy, low cost local restaurant with delicious food. On your way from airport or to the crater, stop and have a delicious meal. This is one we recommend to our renters at Mahina Surf 204, vrbo.com 424589. Great food:)

We both had the Mahi fish and chips. The food was very good right down to the chips and slaw. Staff very friendly but the place is not a big place..this being a busy place, I strongly suggest get a table first the get the other person to go place the order at the counter. . The food portion are... More

If you want fresh fish, generous portions, fast service and casual atmosphere , you are in the right place! Now if you can only find a place to park but that's the charm of this local beach town.

Couldn't get in to Mama's so we ate here instead. The food was every bit as good at 1/3 the price! We knew it would be good when we saw the Locals lined up to wait. Serve by number, super friendly staff, funky rural feel, and the best sandwiches on this side of Maui. We returned twice even though we... More
