Espresso must be a big word for them because it surely doesn't taste like espresso. I can't comment on the food because we only tried the coffee. However I can say the staff wasn't attentive. We walked in and no one greeted us, and no sign tells you what to do, so I approached the counter where the cash register... More

Horrible food. We ordered Beef and Mushroom Curry, Shrimp Curry and some appetizers. So called curry over sticky tasteless rice with peaces of cold, chewy meat and some pitas. Shrimp curry was served over rice that you need to break to pieces with few rubber shrimps floating around. It literally took me a few days to digest this stuff. The... More

We ate here twice while in Pa'ia. First time was lunch, and we had curries, both great, and the shrimp curry was especially good. Tasty margarita, too. Second time was at night -- same menu, different items, but also quite good. There's a nice outdoor seating area that's fairly well sheltered from sun and rain.

Cafe Des Amis has a lot to offer--Mediterranean influenced cuisine, curries, coffees, but I always go for the crepes which are delicious. Good prices, fantastic location (in the heart of Paia), eat outside and people watch!

After having to reschedule spending time with my friend multiple times, I knew that setting some time aside for girl talk had to be a priority and with such a build up, I wanted our time together to be a special treat. With that, she traveled from West Maui and I from South Maui to meet on Maui’s North Shore... More

We' ve been always served with a smile in the face from the people who worked there. Best products have been put together to serve excellent food! We've been there a couple of times and we will definetely go there a couple of times before we leave home. It doesn't matter if for breakfast or dinner - the food is... More

Pa'ia is the last town you pass through before the long and windy Road to Hana (Hana Highway). Consequently, it is a great place to stop at if you are either going to Hana or coming back from Hana. After a long day of adventurous driving, we stopped in Pa'ia for dinner. Based on TripAdvisor reviews my fourteen year old... More

Title says it all. Perfect brekky before tackling The Road to Hana. And Mana Foods is just across the road to stock up on food supplies for the journey ahead. Smoothie was great as well. Highly recommend this place!

Love the shared plates of olive, hummus, feta, etc and their crepes are wonderful too! Service is fast, patio sweet and a favorite for lunch or late afternoon snack.
