The best fajitas ever!

This charming cafe had great food & awesome service, even though they were slammed, the food came quickly, was well prepared and the staff were great. I will definitely return.

Great food, chill vibe. Good local brews. Mahi sandwhich was delicious. We enjoyed all the local decor and paintings that are for sale on the walls as well. Good place to stop in Paia !

Had dinner here on the way back from Hana. Great friendly service from the Aussie waitress. Best meal we have had in Maui so far. The deserts were also very nice. Nice laid-back atmosphere. Reasonable prices. We will try and return before we leave Maui. We will have to try Mambo in New York if we ever go there.

Good food, good beer selection, pleasant service and you can come in the evening and see a movie. One of many good choices in Paia town.

Stopped here for dinner with the whole family after a long day out in Hana. Great little place located in the funky village of Paia, the staff were friendly and very quick with delivery of our food once it was ordered. It has a nice relaxed vibe to it and sit near the walk way as the windows roll up.... More

My last meal on my Maui vacation was breakfast in the town of Paia at the Cafe Mambo. The restaurant with its high ceilings and ceiling fans is open and comfortable. I had the delicious Paia Hippie Quesadilla, which was plenty of food to keep me full for my trip back to the mainland. The coffee was also good as... More

I had read about Mambo in the LA Times and saved it for my upcoming Maui visit. I ordered the fish & chips, which were delicious, tender chicken pieces along with lots of fries, a small cup of pineapple coleslaw. I would have loved more of the chicken with less fries, but loved the fish I did receive. My husband... More

We decided on Cafe Mambo because we wanted to eat something less 'greasy' than the Fish Market. It was OK for a quick meal but that's about all. The service was good and a problem with the taste of the club soda was resolved; everyone, including the bartender, tasted the soda water to see if it was 'off' and they... More

Stopped in after our bike tour for some booze and grub. The duck nachos were a hit, the group devoured them. Drank a couple of local beers they had on tap and enjoyed them with my burger, which was a little on the dry side but certainly adequate. Paia is a cool little town, so if you're in the neighborhood... More

The Paia fish market was too crowded so we landed here instead. Great find with fresh fish, burgers, sandwiches etc. I had the grilled fish on a salad and it was very good. Nice atmosphere with great art on the wall.
