Great store with everything you could ever want in it, great salads and other prepared foods. Well labeled organic products and local products.

We almost missed this place for its shabby exterior. Luckily it was the only place open on a rainy Sunday morning and what a surprise when we walked through the front door--it's like a health food version of Zabar's in Manhattan, or the Park Slope Food Coop in Brooklyn. Yeah, the hippy vibe might get old for those of us... More

I could get lost in Mana Foods. It looks deceptively small on the outside but once you walk inside its clear this is a Natural Food mecca. I went 2 times while on Maui and both trips I spent nearly an hour just wandering the aisles. Great selection and absolutely amazing prices (better than on the mainland). Everyone must stop... More

Rude pushy customers, hygiene-challenged employees. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Makes Whole Foods look sterile by comparison. We heard great things but were greatly disappointed and didn't stay. Ick.

From the outside, the market is very nondescript, but it is packed with quite the diversity of groceries and food inside. Similar to a Whole Foods in concept, the market differs in that it has a very local and family-oriented vibe. I was repeatedly surprised at the very reasonable pricing, which is wonderful to see in encouraging people to eat... More

Right off of Baldwin Ave, the front of the store looks like a "dive joint" with one entrance door on the left and and exit door on the ride side of what looks like a very small store front. Enter the entrance door and it's almost like entering the Weasley's family's tent at the Wold Cup Quittich Match. The store... More

This market is the best on the island--so healthy, well stocked fresh foods and delicious prepared foods, great prices (way cheaper than Whole Foods), and located in the heart of Paia, and on the road to Hana and just a walk away from Baldwin Beach for a picnic lunch. I can't say enough!

This is a very well stocked grocery. Healthy, delicious food. The fresh vegetables and fruit are top quality. It's not your typical health food store because it has such a broad range of foods. We found it better quality than Whole Foods in Kapului. The only part that's hard is finding parking.

I heard about this market as I was preparing for my drive and stay in Hana. I am so grateful for this market as it is fresh, organic, raw and funkidelic! The fresh pressed juices are supreme and the green soup is out of this world. Mana foods kills it! This place will not disappoint.

My wife completely loves this place, and I have to say I'm sold too. The village of Paia is a bit like Byron Bay in Australia used to be, and Mana Foods seems like the throbbing heart of the place. Everything is wholegrain, organic, bio-degradeable etc etc, and there is a pretty wild range of stuff here. The clientele and... More
