We took the ferry from Lahaina to Molokai. The ferry leaves Lahaina at 7:15am sharp and we didn't have the time to grab any breakfast. The Pioneer Inn Grill & Bar is directly in front of the ferry slip, but the sign said they don't open til 7am. I went in and went up to the manager, and told him... More

My husband and I ate here our first morning in Lahaina. Service was efficient and friendly; food was delicious. Best part: the parrot in the next room, talking and whistling at patrons - hilarious! Macadamia nut pancakes were great...not Gazebo fantastic, but good nonetheless. The sweetbread french toast was also QUITE delicious!!!! That's my vote if you visit.

Wish we could go back right now. We only had one opportunity and were lucky enough to be there for a light lunch on Sunday, and to order the right sized, tasty food. The fish tacos and spring rolls were very reasonably priced for quality, non-greasy, well flavored food. The service was great and the food was prepared in a... More

We found this place by chance and are pleased we did. Breakfast was wonderful and the outdoor seating feel made it even better.

Stumbled upon this little indoor/outdoor cafe connected to a hotel down by the wharf. Was a great find - excellent eggs Benedict, HUGE and delicious pancakes and excellent service made this place a big hit. Not fancy, not necessarily notable but happy we stopped here. Bonus: they have an African gray parrot that talks that was a huge hit with... More

We've enjoyed breakfast here before and this was no different (and we made it a point to drive up from Wailea just for breakfast here). Of all our breakfasts in Hawaii (over 2 weeks) this was our favorite place. The location is great and the service and food is excellent. The Pioneer Inn and just a nice relaxing place to... More

Great food and prices at this old hotel across from the Banyan tree and next to the harbor. The Eggs Benedict are always awesome and the pancakes are a must! We both got the Eggs Benedict and shared an order of HUGE pancakes. The French Toast is amazing as well. Serving sizes are huge.

The Pioneer Inn was our most visited restaurant in Lahaina. We had breakfast lunch and supper here. The food was always prepared with care and well presented. The service, with one exception, was cheerful and unrushed. If you are ever lucky enough to be here on a Tuesday night you will be treated to the outstanding music of Ah Tim,... More
