Great location and staff

Hotel was in a great location, very centrally located. The staff were amazing and helped out tremendously. The balcony was huge and made up for the smaller sized rooms. I think this is a great options when staying in the area.

Have always enjoyed breakfast here when visiting Maui. Unfortunately our recent visit was pretty much unimpressive. The service was pretty poor (we appeared to have been forgotten until another server intervened and "found" our server). On top of that, the food wasn't much better (my wife's eggs were downright scary). All in all, this was pretty disappointing. Not sure our... More

Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast's here..when I saw the 'macadamia nut pancakes' I couldn't wait to try them..so good! had along with a half of fresh papaya! also enjoyed the resident parrot who recite's the 'Gilligan's Island' theme song! Service was excellent & I loved the location, so close to everything Lahaina has to offer.

Breakfast was very good at the Pioneer Inn! Nice setting by the wharf. Came in from an earlybird whale watch and no waiting for breakfast!

Went here for breakfast one of the mornings on our vacation. We both really enjoyed our meal along with the beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast.

This is the spot early in the morning before you jump a boat for deep sea fishing or a tour boat to snorkel or view the whales. It's a step back in time with wonderful food.

A simple but tasty breakfast of gravy and biscuits with Portuguese sausages. The view of the harbor and people watching add to the atmosphere. This restaurant is convenient since we stayed at the Pioneer Inn too.

Stopped here after coming back from a boating excursion on recommendation from one of the workers on the boat because he said they have happy hour! We got some Mai Tai's and some fish and chips. We were starving and this hit the spot. I also loved talking with the african grey they had there.

Great breakfast. Opens early. Great to stop any early AM, and perfect for early breakfast on way to airport. Pancakes are special. Service is spectacular. This was the only hotel once upon s time. It's fun to revisit history and enjoy the harbor views. Boats yet launch from here-- it's all a great experience. Don't miss it.
