Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. They do a terrific job of making you feel at home with an incredible greeting and beautiful grounds. It is a pricey endeavor. But worth doing once on the island. This was our second time, 8 years apart for the benefit of our kids. The food is good and the show is interesting... read more

Touristy yes. Well done yes. Would I recommend this yes. Worth the money yes. We had arranged to sit on the ground at tables right by the stage. Weather was perfect. We overlooked the water and up towards Kaanapali Beach. We were glad to be a bit late in arriving as we were greeted and seated quickly. Open bar with... More

We enjoyed the drinks and entertainment, but the food was mediocre. The service was excellent!! The line to get cocktails was long at times, not to sound like a lush, but I suggest getting a few at a time...they are tasty!! The food left a little to be desired. I was with a large group with different taste preferences and... More

Spectacular show! The place is absolutely lovely, I loved everything about it, the food, the drinks, the service, the one of a kind ambiance, the dancers, the roast pig. We learned a lot about Hawaiian culture, and it was all presented in absolutely stunning and moving way. Thumbs up!

The show, setting and service at the Old Lahaina Luau are excellent. The food is OK, but some of the dishes, including the pulled pork, were overly salted for my taste. Overall, that did not dampen the experience and I would not hesitate to recommend.

The drinks and the service were very good. But the food was mediocre and the show was a disappointment. I knew that it was going to be a more traditional luau which would have been fine if the narration was audible. I don't know if it was the man speaking or the sound system but we could not understand what... More

Food was ok. The dancing was spectacular. But it was more traditional than most Luau's. So don't go here if you want to see a fire dance! Instead, it was a great review of Polynesian history and traditions. Well worth the visit!

This was a really nice evening, everyone was very nice, everything was very clean. The dancers were very beautiful, the food was very tasty. Really this is a nice place for couples, families or girl trips. Lots to do, learn some Hawaiian culture while your at it.

I have been traveling to Maui since 1991, when I first experienced the Old Lahaina Luau. Now as then, it is traditional, but now there is a new location. This location at the opposite end of Front Street in Lahaina still fronts the ocean, but the accommodations are much improved. This being said, this is the peak of you Maui... More
