The Old Lahaina Luau takes great pride in presenting an authentic Hawaiian Luau. Your evening with us starts with a lei greeting presented by our friendly Luau hosts. Enjoy Island crafts and demonstrations, such as our Imu unearthing of the Hawaiian underground oven, poi pounding and kapa making. Tropical cocktails and beverages are included throughout the evening. Our bountiful buffet is where you will have an opportunity to try traditional Hawaiian foods with a variety to satisfy everyone's palate. Culminating your evening is our award-winning production of legendary music and hula that will take you on a journey through the history of Hawaii and our people.

Excellent Luau experience

I asked our condo owner where to go to take in a luau. She recommended this one as they still cook the pig in the ground. It cost a little more than some of the others ($105) but it was well worth it. Unlimited open bar comes with the meal. The pork was excellent, so was the Lau Lau, the... read more

As this was our first trip to Hawaii, we had to do a luau. Our friends had recommended this one and warned us to reserve tickets early. We reserved about 5 months in advance and wound up at the very first table (we did traditional table where you sit cross legged on the ground- however in full disclosure, this is... More

When looking for Luau to book on your visit. This is the only way to go! The ones at the hotels can not compare to this. Excellent show, food and service! We like the table and chair sitting better than sitting on pillows. It can get too uncomfortable after a while of sitting.

The experience was awesome, when we first walked in we were offered a tropical drink. We walked around the grounds, they had games and you could taste poi. The grounds over look the water and so the sunset was amazing. The unearthing on the roast pig was a show in it self. The food was very good the dessert tray... More

The whole experience was perfect. You cannot beat the backdrop of the Maui Sunset. They really immerse the guests in the culture with games, arts, hula lessons, and very friendly staff. The food was awesome. They get 400 guests through a buffet in 15 minutes. Eight lines move very quickly. The performance is excellent. The only think I missed was... More

This was a very authentic Luau in Maui. Rated the best one so we had to try it. The first night we went it got rained out but they rebooked us for the next evening. The food is buffet style and is very good, and you can walk round and learn all about the luau experience before dinner and the... More

Our party of four had a reservation on July 4th for the Old Lahaina Luau. My first thing will be to say you should plan on arriving early. The entrance lot fills up quickly and eventually someone will direct you where to park. We felt this was a very well run event. I would guess to say there are at... More

They do a fabulous job here and being greeted with a lei and a drink is a nice touch. Everything is organized and runs smoothly, especially considering the amount of people that show up at once! We never had to wait long for anything. The grounds are beautiful and there's plenty to keep you entertained before the show. You're oceanside... More

The Luau was a great show, very informative and not like a fake Las Vegas type of show. We learned about history, the dancing was professional and entertaining. Food was a nice arrangement. They have the service down to a science. We never felt like cattle or waiting long. The food was tasty and of good quality. Drinks a bit... More
