Great food in a relaxed setting away from the tourist hype

We ate here on our last night in Hawaii and really enjoyed it. We were so disappointed we hadn't found it earlier in our stay! The menu provides a great range to choose from. There are even a few vegetarian options, all of which looked delicious! We were given complimentary bread (as were all... read more

We were looking for a place to eat and had several recommendations for restaurants on the main strip. We were looking for someplace good but not too pricy as I was footing the bill for a family of 6 (4 of which were in their 20's). You get the picture. Anyway, one of the girls in a shop recommended Lahaina... More

We discovered Lahaina Coolers about 8 years ago while wandering the back streets of Lahaina Town. It's now become our little hidden secret. Every employee who works here is great! You get the best service and they always make you feel welcome. Drinks are strong and the food is served hot. There is quite a variety for lunch and dinner,... More

We eat here several times each time we visit Maui and always have the delicious fish tacos. Watch out for the fantastic, but heat-packing, homemade hot sauce! We bought a couple of bottles to bring home.

Stopped in after a hot day of wondering streets and was rewarded with quick pleasent staff. A great selection of beer and all so very cold. I had a look at the menu and really wanted to come back for food but unfortunately we couldn't. People that did eat say the food was very good and it looked like excellent... More

We arrived after a late flight. Lahaina was vacant. Directed to Lahaina Coolers and told they were the only place open after 10 pm. Excellent greeting. Seated promptly amongst a young crowd that looked like they just finished work. Our server was great. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with peppers and mushrooms. All the food was fantastic. Great way to... More

We stepped out into Lahaina on a Saturday night when a big street party was going on. The live acts were not very exciting. So after watching the (unexpected) vintage car show, we stepped into this great place. Very good service and good food too. We had a goat cheese flatbread and a veggie stir fry - both very good.... Fresh salad, crab/lobster cakes and the mahi mahi was perfect. Service was good and we sat at a nice table outside. "Seriously easy going"

The loco moco is amazing. They now offer it with fried rice instead of just white rice. I have always enjoyed it with the kalua pig instead of the hamburgers. It is enough for 2 people. The food is always perfectly prepared and always fresh made. They also make their own hot sauce which packs a punch and has great... More
