Restaurants go through bad days. Today was one of them. They said they were understaffed but the restaurant is empty. Might be a management problem. The server apologized but he seemed overworked. Maybe a server no showed. I have no idea but it still reflected badly on the experience as a whole.

You could eat for less at Ruth's Chris across the street--and have a better meal, too. But Longhi's is one of those classic restaurants synonymous with Lahaina Town.
