This place is great for every reason except their burgers. Their mixed drinks and fries / onion rings are very good. The views and the atmosphere make it worth trying at least once.

We had the Classic Cheese Burger and fries. Rather disappointing for both the burger and fries. The service was not that great, the table was messy, and we were really much happier as soon as we left. Our server was rude. We'd never go here again. I wish we read a review of this place before we went here.

We had heard we had to go to Cheeseburgers in a Paradise for burgers while in Maui. However we were not terribly impressed. Burgers were over cooked. Milkshakes were decent and fries fairly good. Overall the experience was just ok, the table by the water made the ambience nicer. Prices though for burgers were pretty steep.

One of our favorite places to eat when we visit Maui. Everyone is friendly. The food is very good and the atmosphere and view are great.

A passable burger, so-so fries and fried appetizers. In my opinion, the real appeal is (as the name of the restaurant says) being able to eat while watching and hearing ocean waves lapping at the shore. The collection of license plates on the walls from nearly every state adds kitschy flair.

We sat at a table next to the beach with a beautiful view. Our waiter was great and so was the food. I had the baby cheeseburgers and the meat was very tasty. My sister enjoyed the traditional cheeseburger and couldn't finish it. Great alternative to fish and tacos.

While strolling down Front Street, my boyfriend & I decided to stop at Cheeseburger in Paradise for lunch. It was semi-early, so there were no crowds & we were able to get a table with an unobstructed view of the water. The food was better than I expected, however the service was not. Our server was often MIA, & when... More

We first ate at Cheeseburger in 1997 with our kids. We went back for lunch during this trip and found things to be exactly the same as our first trip. A decent burger, great fries, super friendly service, and massive crowds. We lucked out and got a table on the water downstairs. We never felt rushed, but it is a... More

Hubby chose this spot. Had to sit basically with another couple. Food was ok, I had the calamari burger and hubby had the cheese burger. I just didn't like the atmosphere. Felt rushed and not very relaxed totally not the Maui vibe here.

We stopped here, because it was right on the beach and very busy. We were seated right away. The burgers were large and delicious and priced the same as we pay in Seattle. We arrived just in time to see the guy across from us trying the burger challenge. If he could eat the $29.00 plate of burgers in twenty... More
