We were not planning on going here but met a couple at the Ritz that we went with. At breakfast today, we decided it was the best meal of our trip. I'm not a fish eaterer but I ordered and devoured the entire meal. The location is great and you want to sit on the front porch. This is a... More

While disliking Fleetwood's on Front St we were so happy to stumble across this little gem. Spectacular service and food is superior!

Fortunate to go to Gerard's in 1988, had the rack of lamb and have literally been talking about it since. Had occasion to return to Gerard's in 2015, last week, and had it again and it is still the best thing I have ever had, and will talk about it still! Special thanks to our server Dave whose knowledge and... More

We have eaten at Gerards several times and it is always absolutely excellent. If you are looking for French food with a Hawaiian flair, this is the place. There are many choices for all tastes, fresh Hawaiian fish and seafood for those wanting to enjoy a fresh catch of the day or delicious poultry and meat choices for those looking... More

This is a little gem of a place serving great French style cooking using local, in season ingredients, with a strong emphasis on some excellent sauces (a true indication of the Gallic touch). We both enjoyed some of the chef's charcuterie specials to start, opting for the pate de champagne and the boudin noir, both served with toasted baguette, cornichons... More

The appetizers were good, but the escargot was a bit too complex with too many ingredients. The entrees were fabulous. The fondant chocolate cake was NOT good, and the strawberry rhubarb pie was good but needed ice cream different than ginger.

Being frequent visitors to Maui , we wanted our friends who were traveling with us to experience what has become a required dining exerience on Maui. Once again Gerards did not let us down. The level of service, menu and ambiance has got to be the best in Lahaina! We have been vacationing in Maui for 18 years and Gerards... More
