Ate breakfast at Sea House mid-week, early July. Not crowded at all, very attentive service. Seemed our waitress had been there for many years, which is nice. The breakfast prices were quite reasonable and the setting is just wonderful. The restaurant is definitely dated and old school Hawaiian, but that's part of the charm. The food was good, the roasted... more

I have lived on Maui for over 20 years. I have never had a fabulous meal at the Sea House Restaurant in all these years. It is the biggest disappoint...especially when I live right up the street and go to Napili Bay all the time. You would think with this location that is so magnificent, they would have the best... more

Great place to have drinks with the little umbrellas and enjoy a fabulous view of Napili bay and watch the sun set behind Molokai. Service was friendly but not very attentive. Our server John got wrapped up in a Ford vs. Chevy restoration discussion at another table. We split a salad that was drenched in very tart ilikoi dressing. My... more

We visited Maui for 10 days at the start of April. We were staying in Kihei, but made our way up the west coast for a day. We were very happy with our experience at the Sea House Restaurant. The restaurant is located right on Napili Beach. We absolutely loved watching the waves as we ate our lunch. Their sandwiches... more

We really enjoyed this place! We ate there for breakfast and the food was wonderful! We had the macadamia nut pancakes, Molokai sweet potato torta, and an omelet that I can't remember but was great. The torta was so beautiful I wanted to take a picture of it. The pancakes with the coconut syrup make me drool to think about... more

Perhaps my expectations were too high after reading rave reviews of the Sea House. The food quality was very good; however, the portions were small - especially the salads. The service was slow and forgetful. We were charged $12 for a salad we did not receive. The wait staff was obviously over worked. We ate outdoors, where the views of... more

My lovely wife and I had dinner at Sea House on 26 March and it was one of the best dinners we've ever had. Our reservations were for 6:30 but we arrived at 6:00 and we're seated right away. It took a while for our server to come over and she was abit abrupt, but it didn't detract from the... more

Check the sunset time when you're there. Be sure to make a reservation for 30-45 minutes prior so you enjoy the sunset, followed by live music. The food was exceptional, very creative and good tasting. The service was great up until the end. Location and food make it one of the best choices from Lahaina to Kapalua. more

Of all of the places in West Maui (Kihei, Lahaina, Napili, etc.) we went, this was our favorite by far. The setting is excellent (right on the beach in a fairly secluded cove), dining is open-air with great views, the restaurant and service were unpretentious and attentive, the wait was minimal and the food and drinks were great with fair... more

Recommended to us by concierge and he was right. Excellent view of sunset and beach at the Napili Kai resort. We boh had the almond crusted mahi mahi with a caeser salad. Found food to be very good and service was also good. If in area again, would try. Prices were average for this type of restaurant and location. So,... more
