It is part of our routine. No matter how tired after arriving in Maui, the day ends with a trip to Kimo's. The food is consistantly good and the MaiTai's rank above the best. Staff is always friendly and the view at sunset is our welcome back. Visited 3 times on current trip[.

This place was not cheap, but we found the food to be very good, the service to be appropriate, and the atmosphere to be incredible - overlooking the ocean right in the middle of downtown Lahaina. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice oceanside meal, though you will spend a bit of $$$ to get it.

Always have a dinner here on every trip to Maui and they never disappoint. The view (especially at sunset) can't be beat. Fish tastes fresh and can be prepared very well in a number of different ways. Got a free Hula Pie since it was my birthday - get it even if you have to pay for it.

I can not say why Kimo's is a long time favorite. Mostly the location and view but then again we always have a good meal and fun time. Great place just to have a drink too.
