Description: Right on the water and in the heart of historic Lahaina, Kimo’s brings you...
Right on the water and in the heart of historic Lahaina, Kimo’s brings you and your o’hana (Hawaiian for family) a casual, completely Maui dining experience. Renowned our “postcard” views of Lanai and Molokai, we offer a menu featuring fresh Hawaiian fish, prime rib, prime steaks and the original Hula Pie, Kimo’s has been a Maui must-do for over 30 years. The upstairs main dining room shows the architectural influence of New England on the former whaling port, with koa-lined walls, missionary-style furnishings and maritime memorabilia. After dinner, Kimo’s lanai becomes a very cool hotspot for tropical cocktails and Hawaiian music. Live entertainment is offered on weekends and select week nights.

2nd time was much better than the first!

We were hestitant to try Kimo's after 2014s experience but what the heck. Service was very good, efficient. Food was good, I'd recommend their chopped chicken salad and don't forget to have a sluce of Hula Pie.

Great views, ambiance, wonderful food, at least on the day we visited. I had the catch of the day in a basic basil lemon prep - came hot and with a smiling waitress... wonderful dessert.

lots of great choices for seafood. excellent selection of wine and beer. the staff were great. prices were ok for lunch but on the pricey side for dinner. certainly good value tho. we were able to get a table each time overlooking the waterfront. would definitely return.

Our table was right by the water--great views. The service is very friendly and efficient, the food good--it is a relaxing place to eat. It is very popular-so be prepared to wait or go at an off time (I don't know what an off time in Maui is).

The location, view, service, and overall experience was wonderful. My coconut crusted marlin was a bit over cooked and quite dry, so not the tastiest meal we've had in Lahaina, but dining upstairs on front street with a beautiful, unobstructed ocean view was fantastic. Our server was phenomenal- which makes a big difference to me.

Kimos, established as a restaurant in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii in 1977, has become pretty much an institution on Front Street in downtown Lahaina. And being located on the Pacific Ocean, it offers a killer view of sea with the Island of Lanai in the distance. They specialize in steaks and seafood, which we find to be outstanding – well prepared... More

We came here twice during our stay and I would say the experience for drinks at sunset was much more enjoyable. We got a table with a view right away, strong drinks not too crazy expensive and live Hawaiian music. However, dinner was not great with a large party (most didn't like their meal) and even though we confirmed our... More

We have been to Maui 21 times and always wind up here. Lunch is fantastic - dinner is quite good, dinner is always great but their Prime Rib which hangs off the plate is outstanding. The fish is always fresh and served wonderful. Dessert special is Eskimo Pie - dare you to finish it. Only complaint - even with a... More
