Description: Right on the water and in the heart of historic Lahaina, Kimo’s brings you and your o’hana (Hawaiian for family) a casual, completely Maui dining experience. Renowned our “postcard” views of Lanai and Molokai, we offer a menu featuring fresh Hawaiian fish, prime rib, prime steaks and the original Hula Pie, Kimo’s has been a Maui must-do for over 30 years. The upstairs main dining room shows the architectural influence of New England on the former whaling port, with koa-lined walls, missionary-style furnishings and maritime memorabilia. After dinner, Kimo’s lanai becomes a very cool hotspot for tropical cocktails and Hawaiian music. Live entertainment is offered on weekends and select week nights.

The view at Kimo's is stunning at sunset! Sit outside, dine and enjoy the amazing view. We visited Kimo's twice while vacationing in Lahaina. The first time the service was stellar, the second time, not so much. However, the food was delicious! On both visits, we ordered the steamed manila clams as an appetizer. In fact, we went back because... More

The fresh fish at Kimo's is delicious. There are five different ways that the fish is prepared depending on what type of fish it is. We had the butter herb sauce and also the coconut crusted with mango salsa. Both were delicious. Top that off with Hula Pie for dessert which is a must try. The night we ate there... More

We had a wonderful lunch today at Kimo's. Excellent fish plate and pulled pork sandwiches. Great views. Highly recommended for a laid back Maui experience.

This is an old time favorite on the island. Right on front street in downtown Lahina. Excellent fish and great views. Like a lot of the nice places on Front Street, the entrees are all around $30, however, the quality matches the price. Service is outstanding.

Kimo's is a restaurant most people know of. It's been a fixture in Lahaina for decades. There are lots of restaurants in Lahaina and Maui. Times change, people change, tastes change. Through it all, I am amazed at how consistently excellent Kimo's remains year after year after year. We ate here twice over two weeks, and we had some of... More

There are not a ton of nice dinner places around, but this is one of them. Very nice, casual restaurant. Great bar with few of surround islands in distance, often times with live entertainment off to the side. Get reservations in advance as wait can be quite long. While it’s a very large restaurant, it does its best to try... More

View is awesome, try to snag a seat outside on their deck. The trade winds make it an ideal place to have a local craft beer or that silly tropical drink with an umbrella. Service was really friendly and efficient. I love professional career waiters. Food was surprisingly good. Pulled pork on sweet Hawaii bread was yummy. We also had... More

The calamari best we have ever had. The prime Orin and seafood ciapillo were excellent and so tasty. Ending with Hula pie and excellent service from Ronnie was a perfect family dinner

A local recommended I try Kimo's for the seafood and they did not steer me wrong. The out door patio watching the Maui sun setting into the ocean was simply stunning. Despite dining during peak time staff were attentive, efficient, friendly, polite and professional. Drinks I thought were pricey but prices for food were reasonable. The service and food was... More
