Description: Right on the water and in the heart of historic Lahaina, Kimo’s brings you...
Right on the water and in the heart of historic Lahaina, Kimo’s brings you and your o’hana (Hawaiian for family) a casual, completely Maui dining experience. Renowned our “postcard” views of Lanai and Molokai, we offer a menu featuring fresh Hawaiian fish, prime rib, prime steaks and the original Hula Pie, Kimo’s has been a Maui must-do for over 30 years. The upstairs main dining room shows the architectural influence of New England on the former whaling port, with koa-lined walls, missionary-style furnishings and maritime memorabilia. After dinner, Kimo’s lanai becomes a very cool hotspot for tropical cocktails and Hawaiian music. Live entertainment is offered on weekends and select week nights.

Fav Restaurant in downtown Lahaina

This restaurant is owned by the Dukes Restaurant chain. The restaurants are beautifully Hawaiian themed. There is a good happy hour with live music. And the prime rib and fresh fish are divine. We had our wedding reception here 12 years ago so every time we are back in Maui it is a must.

We chose Kimos for lunch today and we're not left disappointed. The food and service was top notch and the family loved the Oceanside patio view! If you try them out, I am sure you won't be disappointed either! Give them a try!

Beautiful view on the ocean with a nice balmy breeze. The Blackened tuna and sea bass was excellent as was the clam chowder. Nice bar to have a drink while taking in the sun set. It's more casual Hawaii style.

We always eat at Kimo's - usually twice - on our trips to Maui. We are never disappointed with the food or the wonderful sunset. All four of us had fish, each with a different preparation, and all were delicious. The bread was good, Hula Pie decadent and tasty drinks.

We came in with no wait (!) after we got off of our sunset sail to have a nightcap and some dessert. Sat in the bar area with live music. Very relaxed setting right on the water. We shared a Hula Pie and really enjoyed it. Perfect way to end a perfect day! We have also been here in previous... More

My family of 5 ate at Kimo's last night. What a pleasure it was. We had a reservation for 6:45. I wanted to sit outside to watch the sunset, but when I made the reservation I was told that it was not possible to request a specific table location until we arrived. We were seated on an outside balcony within... More

Great view and great food. Fun atmosphere with the family. Fish tacos were delicious and the kids drinks were fun and unique.

This place is classic but the meals are generic. The hula pie however is amazing. We liked our appetizers and the hula pie. We could have skipped the main meals. The view is wonderful. It's worth the wait for a table by the beach.

We recently spent two weeks in Lahaina and found a home away from home with the great bar staff. Enjoying a cocktail and having lunch or a late dinner gave us great views of the ocean and the people watching was very entertaining! We felt like we were part of the "Cheers" TV program as we were always welcomed back... More

Came here on our last night in Maui to cap off the week. Food was great and the service was excellent. Our server Michael was very knowledgable about the menu and when asked provided excellent suggestions. They provide a variety of styles of fish preparation. As you can get any fish, in any style. While I like this option I... More
