Yummy Vietnamese Food

My friend and I were in a bit of a rush to catch a flight and the wait staff was very good and speeding up our order. There are a lot of vegetarian options on the menu. The food was very good, nicely flavored.

My wife and I love Vietnamese food especially pho. We were really surprised to find a pho restaurant here in Maui. And little did we know that the owner was originally from Washington DC area! Along with some great pho, we had green papaya salad and two summer rolls. We topped it off with Vietnamese iced coffee. What a pleasure.... More

This place is awesome! We had the Pho and a wonderful Thai style yellow curry.. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants but this one is something special! Run by a couple of middle aged ladies who are happy to customize flavors as required too. Great taste, good value - Highly recommended!

Needed a quick lunch at The Wharf in Lahaina before catching a movie (Anchorman 2!), and Vietnamese sounded good. We have a few favorite Vietnamese restaurants back home, and both my husband and I can be pretty strong critics. Lucky us to find this humble little spot that did NOT disappoint! I had the Lemongrass tofu Viet style which was... More

We visited after watching Ulalena. Pho was good and tasted very fresh. My mom was not feeling well and the owner made her a special tea. This was such a sweet gesture! Thank you pho saigon 808, I will make sure to visit again!

We had the green curry. Their idea of this dish is very strange. Instead of coconut milk, they used some sort of chicken gravy. They insisted everything was fresh, however, it was obvious the vegetables were like a bag of frozen mixed veggies. The chicken in the dish was good. I have to say it just was not good. And... More

The food here is really good. I'm a vegetarian and my husband is a carnivore and we both really loved the food. It is also very good value for money. Unfortunately the service is so slow and they don't bring your meals out at the same time. This was the only thing that lets this place down.

Stopped by for lunch, chose this place from the ratings we'd seen. It's a bit hard to find, and unfortunately there's no al fresco seating. In fact, there's not a lot of seating at all. I had the clay pot shrimp which was quite good. My wife went for the rare steak pho and loved it. The fried spring rolls... More

Pho Saigon 808 on Urbanspoon Oh yes way! Saigon 808 that's right! Just 2 days in Maui and my boyfriend was hankering for some Vietnamese food. Pho is a must for him.. It was 8pm in the evening and we were hunting for a Vietnamese restaurant in Lahaina. We had googled to see where the Vietnamese restaurants were and found... More

It's tucked in off of Front Street in the back of a mall so there is no view, ambiance or air circulation. That would be ok if the food was good but it really isn't. This is very uninteresting, bland Asian food. Maybe they've heavily Americanized it for the tourists who have never had it before but, really, if you've... More
