I love diner food, but I had learned by this time not to expect anything to be a bargain in the islands. That said, my first meal there, a good old cheeseburger, was cooked right and served on a good bun, toasted; the fries I filched from my friend's plate and the lime pie I shared with another friend were... My son wanted to go here just for the pie!! And we were not disappointed with the pie. The burgers were above average and the buns were really pretty good. But bottom line, it was just a burger and was pretty expensive at that. And the service consisted of them bringing your meal to the table. You had to fetch... More

We stopped here on our way to exit 14 (Olowalu) as we got hungry. Thought wow, it's busy, must be good. Boy was I wrong. We ordered a chicken sandwich, a cheeseburger and what they said was a shareable size of fries. $25 bucks later, we get 2 small sandwiches and what I call fries for one. I don't know... More

Yes, this place may be a little tricky to find in that you may well pass it at the moment that you realize that was what you just passed! Hidden in a large grove of trees, there is plenty of parking to the side. We were fortunate enough to visit them on the first day that they opened two years... More

Simply the best fish chowder and fish and chips we have ever had. And we went there to get some banana bread (also great) which we had tasted at a Luau.

I had read great reviews about Leoda's and thought I'd try out their breakfast. Wow. We had an amazing feast including coconut and strawberry French Toast, Farm fresh eggs, frittata and really great coffee. We finished with a divine coconut cream pie. Bikini be damned, I'm going back again tomorrow! Great staff, great food.

Wow! We had a philosophy that we would visit as many wonderful restaurants and locations as possible on this vacation. AND then we went to Leoda's; the rules went out the window. The first time was so wonderful that we had to go again; the third time was just around the corner ... but we ran out of time. The... More

Cute little place , side of the road, convenient on our way to kaanapali. I will only comment on the banana cream pie, I had been at there a couple of time before but thought , pies are small, kind of overpriced, did not to see the attraction. Anyway, I finally decided on this trip to try it, OMG, that... More

We ate at leoda's yesterday. It was crowded but the line moved quickly. It is a pretty little restaurant off the side of the highway. We ordered 4 sandwiches, a salad, 2 mini chocolate Mac pies and 1 banana cream pie. We got the pies first so we started there. The banana cream was very good. The chocolate/Mac were ok.... More
