Five Palms in Lahaina closed about 5 months ago, but the one in Kihei is still open. The food is great but a bit pricey. Get there before sunset because you get a ring-side view.

We ordered the specials for the evening. Good flavors and cooked to our specifications. Server was excellent and attentive without hovering. We had a sunset dinner and it was very pleasant. Although near the pool, it was not crazy noisy.

What a poor response to a food allergy. when food arrived, it had tons of onions, in spite of an allergy alert. No problem, back to kitchen, then out it comes again. this time dead plain, white fish on white rice. boring, boring, boring,

We arrived for lunch. There are two options: outdoor or the restaurant. We were not offered a choice, and were escorted outside. Too noisy/busy - you are in top of the beach goers. So we moved to the interior. Huge difference. Nicely appointed and we has a great ocean food. Cassidy was our waitress. She was great. A local who,... More

My wife and I went after speaking with some locals on finding a good dining experience close to where we were staying. We went fairly early to catch the sunset and have cocktails and appetizers and did not have a reservation to sit outside. The hostess asked if it would be okay to seat us inside with a sunset view,... More

I already wrote in detail about why this overpriced, disgusting restaurant deserves only 1 star but my review miraculously disappeared from TripAdvisor. Suffice to say, it was far and away our worst meal on Maui. Avoid at all costs.

This is by far the best happy hour spot on Maui. Natasha at the Kihei location was wonderful, definitely the best waitress we had while visiting Maui. We went for happy hour and loved the view and prices! Natasha deserves a promotion! Will be coming back next time we visit from sunny San Diego!

Unfortunately the restaurant that I wrote a review on last year has closed down. It is too bad because we really enjoyed their food and the beautiful ocean views. I am sure another great restaurant will open up there soon!

Very sad to learn on trip advisor that the place I had reserved for my wedding reception dinner was closed. They never even bothered to notify me. I called the Kihei location and they confirmed that they had closed 3 weeks ago. I'm incredibly disappointed. I understand the need to close, but to not even notify the people that have... More
