My wife and I have been here numerous times (2009 and 2014) and they never disappoint. The food is good and prices during happy hour are great. Service was excellent.

We really enjoyed the tacos and burrito, but our waitress kept disappearing, and it took her a long time to bring our check and a takeout box. Prices were 20% off the posted menu prices, so that was good. Atmosphere was nice, but we were there on a Sunday. I am sure the bar scene could get rowdy there at times.

Up a steep flight of stairs but worth it. Great fish and beer. Friendly courteous staff and quite reasonable.

My sister and I had went back to Lahaina from Kihei to pick up souvenirs and decided, once done, we eat at Captain Jack's. Overall, nothing to rave about. For some reason, the couple seated behind us seemed to be getting "special" treatment, especially as they were constantly being called "special". But, they may have been regulars or celebrating an... Went for drinks one night - waiters were attentive and made drinks to how we liked them - yay! It was a fun place to have a drink & the food smelt delicious 😄

We went twice to Captain Jacks, the first time for lunch then a couple of days later for dinner. Both meals were excellent. The fish and chips were very meaty and tasty, not at all greasy! The crab cake sliders were also great. Our servers (the bartender for lunch) were really good, very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be... More

The atmosphere is kind of dark and dingy, but okay......My husband ordered a cup of chowder and the chicken Caesar salad. He said it was wonderful. I had a taste and discovered a couple hot peppers in it....????? Anyway, I ordered the crusted macadamia fish (Ono) and it was very dry. I had to drench it in their avocado cream... More

My family and I all had the philly cheesesteak sandwhich when we were here. One of the employees said it was the third most popular thing on the menu; The fish and chips and fish tacos being first and second most popular things on the menu. There are two types of phillys. There's a regular one and then a spicy... More

My wife and I found this gem by accident. We had fun the first time, but our time was cut short. We went back and hung out at the bar with Henry for a few hours. Henry was awesome. He hustled behind the bar yet still joked, talked sports and took care of all of his patrons. The food was... More

Stumbled in there by chance and have been very positively surprised. Extra ordinary friendly bar tender (Hi Henry!). Drinks and food are very good (ask for the daily special, or the ribs or any of the fish, Ribeyes, ...). Have been there 3 times in 5 days!
