Noodle Heaven

If you like noodles, you will love it here. Prepared to asian style, stirred fried or in soup. Share dishes are great complement to noodles. Asian melting pot, but diffinately NOODLES are the star...must place in Lahaina. Hint...sit at the bar where all the food comes out from kitchen and ask... read more

Great atmosphere and delicious food! Definitely sit at the bar when you go, it's awesome to see the bartender put all the effort into making the drinks. They explain to you how the restaurant works, and they order your food so plates come out right when you finish one. The desert is a must try also!

We stop by at least once every time we're on the island. Gets s little loud with screaming kids, so how about you don't bring them?

You will not be disappointed! But do make reservations so you don't have to wait in the long line. We had reservations for dinner last night and were immediately seated. Our waitress was quick to take our drink order and explain the menu. We ordered... Soba Salad which was the star of the show we both agreed. The tempura shrimp... More

This place was packed on a Monday night. They are doing a lot right. We took our food out bc it was so busy. The staff was so nice and very accommodating. Food was ready in less than 15 min. Food was really good and was a great value.

We loved the noodles. Both spicy and haba (?). Dumplings were tasty and. Cocktails great too. Definitely would. Come back for the noodles. The only dish we won't recommend is the Vietnamese pancake. They placed way too much meat. The traditional pancake focuses more on the outer shell.

Visited here while vacationing in Maui. Great cocktails- I had the cucumber martini and my sister had the jalapeño margarita. The food was the best we had while in Maui, even better than the highly-referred Sansei Sushi (which was also good). Fun atmosphere, great lighting and great service! The bartender was very helpful at recommend dishes and answering our questions... More

Andrew was a server and picked our menu for us and was spot on with everything. The bacon and eggs were phenomenal, pork buns and wings were good, the noodle dishes were fantastic too! Chef Sheldon Simeon has definitely created a great spot. Wish he would open one in NYC!!

Last day on Maui vacation found this great place. Went after traditional lunch time, but still had a short wait. I was told that waits for dinner there can be >1 hour. Pleasant facility and great wait staff. Excellent food and drinks. Can't wait for the next visit....as each dish came out of the kitchen we thought, should have had... More
